Sadly, due to theft, all high-value items are now behind locked cages. Unfortunately, there are never enough associates available to unlock or retrieve items. Speaking with associates, they are equally frustrated.

This is my go to location and I am there daily. The only thing I dislike about this location is the parking. It's terrible if you have a trailer. It looks like to me that all employees parking is located on the contractor end of the building. Making it almost impossible to park in a decent location. Plus the pro parking areas are setup with signs that prevent a trailer. I've spent close to 10k at this location this year and will continue to shop here. Just kind of inconvenient.

The entire team at the E Amarillo store takes customer service to the next level. I often feel like service is dead in today’s society but they have renewed my faith in retail.

As a seasoned apartment community owner and operator, I live in home improvement stores. In my 32 years of shopping, nearly daily at the competitor, or Depot, I have never experienced the savvy, coordinated, attentive service received here tonight. From the moment that I made a call to the operator--who just happened to be the floor manager!--everything was coordinated. With just 10 minutes to closing, the staff and manager coordinated a 16 roll, gigantic, custom carpet purchase. They stayed after closing nearly an hour and meticulously assisted me load it into my car. They even provided me a free strap system to hold the roof cargo in tact. Who does this? The level of genuine concern, expertise, coordination and pure, quality work ethic was breathtaking. I will definitely make this store key in my firm's purchasing.

Thanks to Kurt, I walked out with a tiller feeling happy about my shopping experience. Lawn and garden, go ask for this guy!!!!

I am literally there at least once a day sometimes up to four times a day because of my handyman job and I know where everything’s at and I have a lot of fun Australian through there

I had bought a fence and was going to pick it up. Unfortunately, I was in a car accident and can not do any lifting. Victoria was compassionate and went beyond the call of duty to speak with the video support team, who verified that I didn't pick up my order. The manager team was very helpful as well.

I walked in early morning and was greeted nicely and was helped with the things I’ve purchased. Quick and easy checkout!!

The associates at the store are the laziest people I have ever seen. They don’t want to look for anything or help in anyway. When I showed them that online stated that there showed 5 in stock they basically just stood at front and said if it isn’t on the shelf we don’t have it and told me when I ask for help to order the merchandise they told me I could do it online and then walked away. WORST HOME DEPOT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN

I ordered a gas range, which will be delivered for free a week from the day I purchased it. it was a great experience, prices were good, employees helpful and knowledgeable. Hopefully the product is as good as the shopping experience was.

Tiffany at the front service counter needs to remember that it is the customer that allow her to have a job and when you are in a service industry, never forget about the customer.

I needed a new tree this year the store had a huge selection and they were very easy to find. I ended up buying lots of outdoor decorations on this trip and had help loading in to my cart and again loading into my car. This store is always well stocked and the employees are always very helpful and friendly.

I have had a few opportunities where i have had the help from Neil. Neil has been awesome help at his job! Willing to help. Always has a good attitude. Its often that you cannot find good workers or help...glad Neil is still punching in. Keep up the great work and help and having a good attitude!

Went to Home Depot needing a few items an after a little while the Gentleman Sammy in electric department asked if I needed help and stopped what he was working on an helped me find everything I needed to complete my project. Plus his cheerful attitude was a nose surprise!!

Two items that I checked out with had the wrong price on the shelf. The staff lowered the price at the register without hesitation to match what the shelf price was.

In the past few months, we have purchased Laminate and carpet and a new gas range at this store. The floors and carpet are beautiful. More then met our expectations in beauty and quality. And I love my new stove. Their prices were very reasonable and competitive. We will always use this store for future updates for our home and will definitely recommend this store to anyone.

We had one item, which of courS wouldn't scan properly at the self check out so the computer screamed for 5 minutes we needed help and no one came so I went looking. Found about 7 employees down at another not helping anyone and 3 or 4 all around on area and upon asking for help clearly upset the brat employee of the group and she stormed off. So I said is she going down to help and his reply was... Oh I don't know.... and that was it. Terrible. Probably gonna return the 4500 dollars worth of appliances and tools

I am not sure what happened to the store, or Home Depot in general. The employees used to have a general knowledge of the products sold by Home Depot, now they do not know the difference between plumbing and electrical items. And if that’s not bad enough, personnel in customer service provide anything but and no very little of Home Depot‘s policies. Super disappointing
