Being in the construction industry i do not really interact with the staff except when checking out. The Cashier Cynthia was great. very friendly and helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. She can teach others how to make the shopping experience a great one.

I waited outside in the parking lot for two hours. I watched how unorganized it was the entire time. I called after an hour to let them know I was there and they said they needed time to pick my order. I understand it can take 2 hours but I’ve made many orders and other locations are normally very efficient. After 45 mins I called again after being the only one for 45 mins in the curbside spaces. I then recieved a call back saying although they had 5 they didn’t have any in stock. Asked for manager. Waited 15 mins. Said he would check and call back and although waiting in parking lot he never called back.

This store always has plenty of staff on hand and I find things more readily than at other stores.

I love the Home Depot store in east Delray Beach. I love the organized way it is run. I like the people that work there. Tony in the paint Dept is awesome I’ve been dealing with him since 2006. Bill who used to work in the Garden Dept is so knowledgeable about plants. I don’t think I ever met someone so knowledgeable about any plant you can think of. It’s a pleasure to go there when I have home projects. Home Depot makes things easy.

The cashier that was working the outdoor register on Sunday sept 6th at 1030am did not even acknowledge my existence, did not say hello when I said hello, did not say thank you when handing me my receipt when I said thank you. Maybe it was my NY Yankee hat or my AMERICA T shirt?????

Excellent customer service from an employee Nakia. She was fast , ready to help us after waiting for almost 40 minutes for other employees to help us. The store was neat and it had everything we needed. I recommend this store

The Delray store is conviniently located off of I95 and is minutes away from my workplace on Yamato Road

My tailgate was broken and Leeann at curbside quickly came to my assistance to help me get my mortar mix that I had purchased loaded. What a game saver!!! So friendly and courteous.

The Special Services department is not very reliable except for one person and the new manager who were able to resolve an order issue. I placed an order for tiles for next day delivery and had verbal confirmation from the sales lady that it would be delivered the following day. Nothing arrived and when I called into the store I was told it was scheduled for 7 days out. This caused problems with the contractor we hired because he had other jobs to do after my floor and now couldn't do my floor as scheduled so we had to wait 2 weeks for the floor installation. The salesperson should be more accurate when she places an order.

My experience at the Home Depot was refreshing. I was greeted by Ashley with a smile and excellent customer service! Thank you Ashley keep up the excellent customer service

The products I purchased were priced just right and the assistance from the employees was wonderful.

Tony in your Linton Av, Delray Beach paint dept was amazing in every way. He didn't point to the aisle where items were he WALKED every single customer to the item. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The very embodiment of great customer service...the kind of employee that is the reason we loyal HD shoppers keep coming back! PS And the paint dept was very busy as he gave such great service!!

The Waterford location is convenient, clean, and is replete with inventory. Prices are fair and better in some cases then others. Associates are always helpful.

Outside garden is exceptional.

Good inventory. Clean. Need to update survey with more choices. With self checkout there are no appropriate answers to choose from

Best Customer service in Boca/Delray area. Tajarro was the most helpful staff member I have ever encountered at HD. I wish I could shop at THIS Home Depot all the time

Very convenient location to my home. Always had good experiences at this store - great employees always willing to go the extra mile for me and the quality of merchandise is great and displays give you lots of ideas. Whenever I go to Home Depot I never walk out without something in my hands. Happy with my purchases from Home Depot.

I visited HD on 11/19/19 @3:12PM and purchased a bath overflow/drain kit on the advice of a man that worked there who was knowledgeable. The kit didn’t fit b/c the pipe going into the ground from the tub outflow was too high. I went back to HD on 11/20 @ 1:30 and looked around for awhile for someone to help me in hardware to find out what I could use to get in the tight space and cut the pipe lower and find out how to attach the kit. When I found someone, he directed me to the plumbing department. Note: Sometimes you might be fixing something from one department but do need a tool from a different department. I talked to a young man in plumbing and he could not help me and when a customer started talking with me about my issue, the man who worked there just left. I looked around for awhile again for someone with some knowledge to no avail. I can’t believe I couldn’t find someone in the middle of the afternoon to help me. I went back and hour later hoping I could find someone who knew what they were talking about—didn’t happen. I ended up buying another kit of a different kind hoping it would fit. It didn’t. By then I was so frustrated that I couldn’t rely on HD as I used to in the past that I called a plumber, who seriously overcharged me $325 to finish that simple job. He did the same thing I went into HD to get advice about how to accomplish. The next day I went back to return the two kits. I didn’t have the receipt for one of them and the cashier accused me of returning some piping I took out of the wall and wouldn’t give me a credit. She told me several times that the kit I just bought two days prior was “old”. I have since found that receipt and will be returning it, again! It used to be I could go to HD and accomplish anything because someone knowledgeable was ALAWYS there to fill in the gaps. HD has seriously let me down this time and cost me more money than I could afford right now.

I love shopping at this Home Depot! I always find what a need for every project and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Love the store and it is local to me occasionally I get frustrated when I need help and cannot find anyone but generally very satisfied with the store

Employee Flora goes above and beyond any expectations. She is definitely an asset for Home Depot.
