We are newbies at projects like this and needed a lot of help to get the right materials for a small deck. When we asked for help, Tylor appeared. He was so patient and kind to us. He helped select the appropriate lumber, he made the cuts that we needed, he stayed with us at the registers in case there were questions and even helped load it into our truck. We were so impressed that I’m taking the time to leave this review which I almost never do. It was a great experience and kicked our project off right!

The Store Manager (Monse Adams) and Kitchen Design Consultant (Ann Francis) went above and beyond to assist me because the regular rug person wasn't scheduled to be in the store until noon. They were both incredible - the Monse Adams really demonstrated how much she cares about her customers and Ann, who used to work in the carpet section and is now in Kitchen, came over to assist us. It was amazing!!

I had two of the most helpful employees ever. Win and Chay were awesome. Unfortunately the red tape and restrictions on the military discount were very "unawesome". If you plan on using this better make sure you know exactly what you have already used cause even if you don't keep track or don't know you need to keep track they sure do .

I want to commend the Edmond, Oklahoma store for their customer service! I was able to find all the items I needed in a timely manner and left the store feeling great rather than frustrated and worn out! This is my favorite store!

I live 25 miles from this store but it will be my go-to from now on. The staff is exceptional. I’ve shopped here a few times and always find what I need. It’s not just what the staff do for me, it’s their ATTITUDE: friendly, willing to help, not condescending or annoyed at my questions or requests. The selection of sheet goods and lumber was good. I found everything I needed.

BOUGHT A WHOLE HPUSE OF MATERIASL. THE INSTALLATION WENT FOR TWO MONTHS AND THERE WERE SOME RETURNS. THE EMPLOYEES WERE SO HAPPY TO TAKE CARE OF MY RETURNS EVEN THO THE SYSTEMS WERE GIVING THEM PROBLEMS

Every time I go to Home Depot, I find what I need smoothly and quickly. Employees are amazingly friendly and helpful all the time.

I needed a washer and dryer. I am a builder and come in a lot. Davin helps me when I come into store and always gets me all set.

I prefer shopping at Home Depot for many reasons, but today was a prime example of why. Outstanding customer service at Home Depot is a hallmark in my experience and today was simply an example of why. I'm prone to falling and backed into a flatbed cart I didn't realize was behind me. I couldn't protect myself and fell hard taking my wind away, plus my thoracic vertebrae are all fused. Home Depot employees rushed to my aid from everywhere and I could tell they really cared. They left me feeling not only like a valued customer, but a valued fellow human being. I seldom shop elsewhere and this is just one little example of why. I will never forget the kindness and assistance I received.

Have bought other appliances from other stores but got best service by great employees at home depot

I bought a shop vacuum and it was small and when I return it the cashier was rude to me and impolite . Like I am not supposed to return it . Even though I didn’t even open the box

I come to the store often and always helped by guy named Davin. Ask for him. This store has a better selection than others and the service is great.

We had multiple and unbelievable experiences with another big box home improvement store n Stillwater. It’s a 50 mile drive but we now shop exclusively at Home Depot. They offer better selection & better service at better prices! They stand behind their products and services.

We love shopping at Home Depot. We always get friendly service. The employees are always ready to help and give advice....we have never had to hunt them down they are available from the minute we walk in the door.

We went in looking for a patio set we had seen online. Davin was very helpful in letting us know they were sold out but the floor model. He helped us check out and held the patio set until we could come back for pickup. Super helpful and friendly. Great Home Depot trip!

We had a project requiring gutter materials and I was able to easily and quickly find all the materials we needed!

Return desk associates are so hateful when trying to warranty tools. I literally got asked how long I had a lifetime husky tool and how old it was. They will not warranty Milwaukee tools. They refer to the 90 day return policy. Return and exchange is 2 completely different things.

If you like to load your own bags of mulch in your vehicle, this is the store for you.

I bought some creeping plow for my flower beds outside and Abby was very sweet to me while I checked out. She is a great asset to your Home Depot Team.

This store would not give me a military discount they said that I had to have some sort of Home Depot discount card. I signed up in the past with Home Depot and was told to use my phone number. Home Depot tells you that you can get a military discount then finds ways to deny it at checkout.

Dave in paint is exceptional. He listened well, kept a smile, patient, & extremely helpful. Stephanie in checkout was also friendly & helpful. Both are extremely professional.

I drive from Perry to shop at Edmond Home Depot and I am never disappointed. This store always has what I need and has very friendly staff. They are always willing to assist customers in finding what they need.

Mathew in the paint dept was so friendly, knowledgable, helpful and appreciative of the compliment we gave him on how straight and pulled forward every item was on the shelves. It was amazing. Have never seen a department look so sharp. Actually other departments may also have been neat. We werejust so surprised that is what we focused on. The store is in Edmond OK.
