shortage with Rock salt ....... they should repair for bad weather ..... !!!!!

Ordered a garage door opener installed. After 5 days of waiting for a call I had to return to the store since I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Was told it will be 2 weeks. Asked for a refund. Waited for a manager who never came. Went back the next day and the manager said he would refund my card. It had been a week and still no refund. Now I have to go back again. Buyer beware. BTW I called someone else who scheduled an appointment the next day.

Terri (Cashier) and Steve R (Plumbing) were extremely helpful. They made me feel like I was important and found me the item I was searching for. I will forever be grateful for the awesome service and attentiveness I received.

I purchased a shed online at homedepot.com that was a display model at this location. On the day it was scheduled to be delivered, the delivery drivers, NOT the scheduling manager informed me the shed at the location has already been sold. The delivery drivers were not even informed as to which homedepot to go to pick-up the shed I had purchased. Proper planning by the scheduling manager, would had already spoken with the store, confirmed the shed was presently there before even dispatching the delivery drivers. The overall manner in which this sale was handled was poorly organized and poorly managed. The store in itself is a good store, however the lack of concern for ensuring the customer reached a fair resolution was not given. The store manager's response, when I informed her of the circumstances via phone, stated " those sheds are not owned by homedepot, but by Tuff Shed." That was a "pass the buck" answer and should have owned the error and stated "i'll locate you a replacement and personally inform you, when it is ready for delivery." That would be accountability.

The staff in the plumbing department are ALWAYS on their game when you have a difficult question or concern. They do a great job of guiding you to the correct item, and offer assistance and advice if you ask for additional help. On this occasion Steve R was very informative and gave me all the information I needed, which helped me complete my plumbing project at home. I will refer people to Steve and your store in the future. They go that extra mile to make you feel important.

Employees were very courteous and friendly. I can always find a knowledgeable associate to find what I need to do my job.

Customer service is terrible. They act like they're doing you a favor spend too much money in that store check your attitude but keep it up you will find yourself unemployed for under performing do to bad customer service

Staff is very friendly and helpful, ordered a wrench set for online pick up and they could not locate it but the employees went above and beyond trying to find it and at the end of the day when they couldn’t find it they gave me two wrench sets that Equaled the one I ordered. I will shop at the store whenever I get the the chance.

Helped by Kim in the blind department she is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.

They are consistently out of stock of items. Wait time is long to see a specialist about installation of home improvement items (when a specialist is available at all.) Many of the older male staff are condescending to women. However, the main greeter - a nice older gentleman - is a lovely person and always puts me in a good mood. The cashiers are also friendly. Just getting help in the store is frustrating.

Been shopping at this Store for 25 years now, and always the staff are great, and helpful and I have gotten to know many by first name and always get what I've come for or they have provided and I've gotten the help I need finding what i need for the job at hand! Always a clean store as well, and that goes for the rest rooms!

I was rushing out the store to finish a home improvement project with the eye-bolts I had just purchased. I had forgotten to get my $30 from the self-checkout register that I had requested. Right before running out the door, the alert cashier name Pam H discovered the money on the register and yelled out, "Sir, sir...you forgot your money". She walked towards me and handed me money. Good to know honest cashiers/customer service employees are alert and looking out for the customers.

I think that you store could of been a little bit bigger like the other stores.
