Great Customer Service

This store has always had poor customer service. I travel between PR and NJ every two months and utilize Home Depot for personal and business in both states. This store has always troubled me with the poorly trained staff and rudeness displayed by employees.

I just purchased my sink and a beautiful faucet for my new kitchen.

Almost always find what I'm looking for, most of the associates are very friendly and helpful.

Definitely the place to stop if you're looking for anything related to woodworking, electrical or gardening.

We have buy so many things and everything has been A+

GOOD STORE AND THE SERVICES

I KNEW WHAT I WANTED GOT MY ITEM & HAD TO WAIT ON A SINGLE LINE. THERE SHOULD BE TWO LINES ONE (1) FOR SELF CHECK OUT & ANOTHER FOR REGULAR CASHIERS. SOME PEOPLE DO NOT EVEN KNOE HOE TO USE SELF CHECK OUT MAKING WAITING TIME LONGER.

Simply very satisfied with my shopping at Home Depot because the employees helped us with our purchase.

The paint counter at the Hatillo store needs improvement, organization and customer service are not priorities there. Rest of the store areas employees are friendly and customer service directed, I live far from the store but have made it my preferred hardware store to buy all my shopping needs.

It is very convenient to be able to find soecualized products like PL530 mirror, marble & granite adhesive.

Love this trimmer makes my life much easier.

My experience at the garden area was the best. Ana keeps all clean, organized and well supplied. She makes sure the customers need are all met. She answered all my family questions and even when she was so busy she took us to the specify requested plants, soil and fertilizer making us feel valuable. She was so busy and constantly organizing and replacing back to place what some customers messed up. She did so happy and polite. Every place should have a person like her. She is keeping that place so clean, supplied and organized. That garden Never been better than now. Awesome job!
