I’ve been to this location on several occasions. It’s refreshing to not have to hunt someone down when you are looking for an item. Everyone is helpful.

No room to even push a buggy through.

I paid to have dishwasher delivered and installed. Home Depot uses third party third rate delivery company that gets paid whether the delivery is completed or not. The store staff has no way to control or repair the mistakes made by this horrible delivery company. There are no controls in place to have item returned to local store for customer pick up in a timely manner. The time and money that I have lost dealing with what should have been a positive experience is pathetic.

Bought several plants last year, 2 died. When I went in to do exchange I was given HALF credit on my purchase towards replacement.

Love that I can run in and get needed products quick and easy. Love how you hire special needs employees that clearly enjoy helping customers. Also, I know I can find a cart to load heavy items on. This store is the best in the Birmingham Hoover area.

I have purchased a number of things from this store, the selection is always good, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. It is my store of choice.

Best Home Depot store that I have ever shopped in. I want to thank Home Depot Foundation for their support of US veterans. I served 25 years in the US Navy and proudly support businesses that supports the military.

I shop the Hoover and Pelham AL stores. Both are very professional and their employees and management work diligently to help me find the products I need

The cashier I did, Home Depot, which extremely nice, helpful, friendly. But do not go after hours to the pro desk.

Have purchased several rolls of pine straw from 0881. Most have been of good quality. This last purchase of one roll was not up to the usual product quality standards, but we did not realize that until we were dispersing it. In hind sight, it came off the very back of the trailer, and probably had been exposed to weather, resulting in moisture and mold getting into the center of the roll. Otherwise, have had great experience with this product.

It's not as busy later in the evening. Therefore the checkout lines are shorter than during the day.

This store is one of the best Home Depot’s I have ever been into. It is clearly well managed and has excellent employees who are very helpful and easy to find whenever we had questions.

Silas from home and garden helped me with my mower purchase from start to finish! Good job!

Managers do not return calls they say they will. Delivery guys scratch up kitchen appliances. Return delivery people do not show up. No one informs customer of rescheduled date - food bought the day before goes bad. "Good will gesture" refund is subtracted from total refund amount when 2mth return process is finally complete. In the end, it has cost me ~$200 to not own a refrigerator from Home Depot.

Today I visited the Home Depot in Pelham, and was not pleased with the lack of help that was provided when I asked. The Hoover location cheered me up immediately. Teresa at Customer Service was extremely happy to help me and made sure I got what I needed. Silas, Eddie, and another gentleman also helped me to make sure I got the Christmas tree I was on the hunt for! Teresa deserves a raise!!!!

We received concierge service today. At least it felt like we did. We were looking for a certain item and standing in the isle wondering on a product. Ashley saw us and directed us on material to assist us in selecting our product. She asked if she could assist us with anything else and asked if we were ready to check out. As we were checking out we discovered that she was in route to take her break before she stop to assist us. As we were walking out my husband pulled his truck up to load the items we had bought up. Sam another employee of tge home depot came up and started helping my husband load the items. The experience we received today was awesome.

Daniel was such a helpful and kind cashier!

They are always asking and willing to help. If it’s something they’re unsure of they will get someone to help.

Dasia was awesome in the paint department!! Will be back to shop again because of her !

The man who helped me yesterday to find a specific grill I wanted was great. Daniel checked me out yesterday and today and he is very nice and outstanding. Thank you Home Depot for having suck great employees

I always go to Daniel's line to check out. He's always pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate. I wish all cashiers were like him.
