While I have visited this location on other occasions and have been pleased with the store and service, the purchase of the Whirlpool refrigerator was conducted over the phone. The customer service I received from Alisha in shipping, and Ayradth in appliances was fabulous. They were both very cheerful, helpful, and I feel- they really went that extra mile in helping me to lower the cost of shipping, and find the no-interest financing by using my Home Depot card. ( I was not aware of that option previously.) Sometimes, business conducted over the phone can be a long process and frustrating for the consumer. But with these two skilled ladies, the process could not have been better! They were both happy, eager to help, and very competent. These are the people you need both on the front line, and to train future employees. Great job!

Because we are a small community, we're used to having limited options for shopping, but our Home Depot brings us a step closer to having it all! Best selection in town for many things, convenient, friendly staff. It's fun to shop here. Always tidy and organized, making shopping easy and timely.

There is one employee I would recommend. Only one. The rest need to learn how to treat customers. I came in to buy one item. Was treated like absolute garbage today. Almost walked out today. Was told multiple times "that's not my job!" Until we met rob. He's a very wonderful employee. The rest of them that I met should be fired and told to eat s*** on the way out the door. My time is valuable. If I'm going to ever drop a $1000 again, I'm gonna have a rough time doing it. I will literally seek this spectacular employee out (rob) and I'll see to it. He deserves a promotion. He's the only reason this store made that particular sale today! If it wasn't for him, I would have drove to Menards. And he's the only reason we will come back. I understand this review isn't good. But it's an overall rating. I cannot give a five star review on the entire facility. Rob, 5 stars. Everyone else -5 stars.

Sharon our cashier had went above and beyond the call of duties on 7/7/2020 as our experience was phenomenal. Sharon was so kind, understanding and courteous throughout the entirety of our checking out. We have never had any cashier that’s done the above and beyond so we appreciate all she did to help us that day!!!!!! Respectfully, Scott S.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CASHIER WAS TOO LAZY TO Wait on me

The Iron Mountain Home Depot has very friendly employees that make shopping quick and easy. The store is clean and always up to my standards. I always prefer to go here whenever I need supplies for work or my projects.

If I could get what I drive there to get I would love it. but getting help in the store or getting someone to help that knows where and what I’m looking for and having it in stock. They tell you they will get it and ship it too your home,NOT there just blowing smoke up your—- . You will have to go get it.

Don't go to this store if your a veteran and plan on using you discount if you only have proof that your a vet. on your driver licenses. They will not accept it they only have the old picture id's that they accept on there counters at cash registers. I got out in 1976 and they don't issue your old id's anymore.

The lady in the paint department was very rude and unfriendly. After 2 negative experiences in 1 day with her I talked to a manager, Traci, who was VERY helpful and reassuring.

It is a great store with great employees, who go all out to help you, and is always neat and clean, with a great supply of everything needed!

I visit this store often and I think what I like the most is that I can always find an employee to help if needed.Guys,you need to ask for Traci if you need help.She is very knowledgable about the many products in the store.She also has a great smile! The 2nd reason for going to this store is the great product selection! Always have what I need or I find something that is better than what I had planned.The prices are always very competitive also.

While effectively training another excellent employee and continually working on my situation, Mearleen impeccably and promptly saw to each and every other customer's needs with aplomb and to their appreciative satisfaction, going as far as to bring me a chair and water during the wait. I am forever grateful of this customer care experience at a sparkling clean, helpful, friendly and spacious Home Depot.

It appears that we received an item that had been purchased before, it appears the customer took a few parts out and changed one of the batteries then returned it to the store. The store evidently didn't check it to make sure everything was proper in the package and put it back on the shelf. We will be very cautious when we buy something like it in the future and have them check it before we purchase it.

I absolutely love Home Depot. Their employees are very knowledgeable and have instructed me and helped me pick out supplies for projects when I didn’t even know where to begin. They never talk down to me or make me feel stupid. Another thing I like about home Depot are gift certificates because they have something for everyone.
