THE STORE WAS CLEAN ,BUT IT LACKS A LITTLE MORE ORGANIZATION

All employees were helpful and friendly those items I didn't find readily, employees helped.

This has to be the WORST Home Depot experience ever. The guy who cut my blinds (Chris) responded in a short and annoyed tone when I asked him to cut the blinds I was purchasing by half an inch. When he finished he handed me the cut blinds in a very dismissive way without even looking at me as he walked away in the opposite direction. I thought that was very rude. Almost every associate I spoke to while in the store had an attitude and acted as if they were annoyed that I asked them for help and seemed to really not want to be bothered. I asked one associate that was just sitting down chatting with another worker where the rug pads were and he described their location. When I asked for a little more detail he just yelled the same instructions louder with an attitude and an irritated impatient tone as if that would help me find it. Of course don’t even think of getting up and actually walking me to the location. That would have taken away from his catch up time with his coworker. The rug that I bought had a white powdery residue all over the top of the plastic packaging so when I took it down off the rack/shelf the powder got all over my coat and clothes which was very frustrating. The lady at the check out registers (Jalessa) was rude. Everything she said to me at check out was in a very bossy, arrogant and condescending tone. I asked to speak to the store manager regarding my experience. The front end manager came over, called the store manager and then told me that he would be a few minutes before coming. After waiting for almost 15 minutes I left. Why should I have to wait that long to speak to the manager? He apparently did not care much about what I had to say. Overall the worst experience I have ever had at Home Depot and one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any store period. Customer service, courtesy and respect are at an all time low here. Is anyone even trained on how to speak to and help customers? It certainly does not look like it. I certainly would not recommend for any one to visit this store. I would like an apology for this horrible experience.

I was having difficulty finding some products I was looking for but an employee was very helpful and patient with me for an extended period of time assisting me with selecting various items. Customer Service associates were also very friendly and helpful.

I recommend this store but the employees need to be better trained and need to learn how to respect and care for their customers.

Rt 440 Jersey City is the NICEST HOME DEPOT employees are so friendly and helpful. They are never tired to help you look for something and they go beyond to get the answer. BEST STORE EVER!

This store is conveniently located with plenty of parking. Roomy and spacious. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
