The guys at the pro-desk are very helpful.

Need a lot of improvements, some customer service needs more training... don’t need workers with attitudes.. the lighting to me is a bit dull.. I shop there because it is near my house. The store is a bit dusty.. as I stated in the plumbing dept. the gentleman was very knowledgeable, but one other product I could not find as for help, help never came..

This has been my store for long time, a lot o offassociates know me and helps me. I get most of the things to need for my project. When I need to order something, very easy.

Not at all satisfied with my last visit to the Home Depot on Route 440 in Jersey City. Needed help employees walking around looking at their cell phone but not asking if I needed help and self check out cashier looked at me as if she could see through me. Last but not least, was asked by a pan handler who was standing right near the register did I have a dollar he then walked over to self check out and asked other customers. Don't plan to shop there anymore.

Almost all of the workers except one acted like they would rather do anything but help me. Not one person said hi when I walked into the store and there were about 5 or 6 hanging out by the desk at the entrance that could have. Even when I struggled to pull pieces of foam taller than myself off the shelves , no one helped. But they had no problem watching. After asking around for other items to complete my purchase( store was missing almost everything I asked for), John, one of the warehouse workers stayed by my side until he clocked out. ( at times it came off as him thinking I wasn't going to pay. He walked up to the register w me and said i would like to pay. Something i was already planning to do myself but at that point I was just grateful that someone was willing to help. ) after being told no one would be willing to help me wrap my foam, he did. Thank you John. And Thanks Magdy for only helping when you saw John helping. Triple thanks to the older black woman who glared at me when i found someone willing to help. ( she was one of the ones who wasn't willing to help save for the lotion she lent me earlier that evening.) Do better guys.

Associates are very helpful

Joe, who’s usually at the customer service desk or at returns, is an exceptional worker. I hope others have taken this survey and have pointed this out re: Joe. I have been going to this location for over 17 yrs and Joe is the only worker I find to be extremely pleasant and helpful.

crews are courteous and very helpful They have sufficient inventory and I always find what I needed, with little help if items needed are hard to find The store is neat, clean and well organized making it easy to look for items needed

I do all my home improvements at this Home Depot in Jersey City, now they are renovations at my job and im sending the contractors their.

One of the best visits to any Home Depot store that I have ever had. The employee that I encountered was extremely friendly & helpful. He walked me all the way across the store to the product I was looking for and made sure I didn’t need further assistance. I really wish I had his name because he was great!

The cashier who is named Elizabeth, works in the Manahawkin home Depot. She is very friendly and kind. I think all stores need more employees like her. :)

The store manager has compassion. He calls you if you request it and he not only listens but he takes action to your satisfaction. I am very pleased with my home depot family. Keep up the great work guys. God Bless the store manager. You are appreciated

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator and oven. The stainless steel didnt match and they really didn't care. My refrigerator had scratches and nicks on it and nobody seems to care. All they want is the sale and for you to not be able to return anything. All sales,are final. Not good customer satisfaction here for me.

I paid for some shades and asked them to hold them for me to pick up later. When I returned they were all put back on the shelves and it took them forever to gather them again. They didn't have my exact measurements. They Drop the ball a lot over there.

Professional Hardware store

unstocked, poor service, sarcastic employees. Return process is like an interogation process despite having purchased with credit cards and un-opened boxes. In addition no one knows where anything is. Unstocked shelves and best products are not stocked in jersey city, you have to travel all the way to East Hanover store or Union.

The employees were friendly, and eager to help.
