The entire trip was awesome. Everything was neat and organized. The whole store was stocked and clean. The items I was shopping for were easy to find.

Great store compared to the many stores I've been to. No lines always someone willing to assist you with your needs and hard to find items!!!

I had a few issues with online for pickup orders and my project loan card not working.. Each individual was kind, patient and helpful. I feel valued as a customer here. Thank you all!!!

Miss Jackie in the garden center was the most kind lady. She made my shopping experience less stressful as I am getting ready for vacation she was very funny and relaxed me during my chaos.

We purchased flooring material. We were helped by a young man in the flooring dept. He was wonderful. He brought out additional product from the back and helped us load it into our truck. He was careful and friendly. Melissa was our cashier. She was so friendly. She came around to ring up the order. We didn't have to do a thing! As we were shopping, we were stopped by another young lady to help us find what we were looking for. Again, a friendly, helpful gesture. Great job Home Depot Associates!

You walk in and the store is always clean and it’s a great Home Depot but there is someone who makes it even better, Deb the pro desk cashier!!! She is always great and friendly and makes us feel like family. She helps us and always makes the crew feel welcome. We used to do our shopping a bunch at Lowe’s but we look forward to seeing Deb every morning!!!

The Johnstown store was very helpful in solving and taking care of my delivery problem I had. I could not have ask for better help, thank you Dawn for all your help .

I don’t normally go to this store, but they had an item I wanted in stock. From the time I entered the store, until the time I left everyone I came in contact with asked me if they could help me. If I needed help they would assist me. The cashier was super friendly.

It was a long drive from Indiana, PA to Johnstown (45 mins), and all the while I was thinking about that. But when I got to the store, I had such a great experience that I forgot all about the drive! The staff are helpful and very friendly. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes. It could have been less, but I wanted to talk with the people for a minute. Glad I went!

Overall friendly atmosphere. I left with more than I went for. Great selection

The store has different computer systems that seem to not coincide with each other. Multiple people were having trouble making a discount that I received for a large order so I ended up going home without any items. Tricia contacted me the next day to inform me that the issue was resolved and that she put my cart aside so that I didn’t have to walk the store again. I returned to the store and Tricia greeted me with a smile and a hello and took me straight to a register to complete the purchase. Tricia is a very nice and knowledgeable person. I highly recommend here for a promotion!!!

I have been buying ryobi products from home depot and are very satisfied with the products. I feel the store is easy to go in and out and with the electric scooters it makes my shopping experience easier and more satisfying.

I absolutely love how much knowledge this Home Depot employees have. I am doing a full renovation and for the past 4months the employees have walked me through every step. My favorite cashier hands down is Courtney. If you have any plumbing questions Robert is definitely the man to ask.

As seniors, we often need help finding things and the employees almost always walk us right where we need to be. They have consistently helped us to our car with our purchases and show such respect. We wouldn't think of going to another home improvement center.

the short fat girl that loaded my pellets did notheing but complain because my 73 year old mother or me with bad knees and shoulders couldnt help load them

Overall, whenever I enter my local Home Depot, I can count on friendly and helpful service. I'm greeted and asked if I need assistance. Even throughout the store, I can count on an employee's help if I can't find something or need something taken down from a shelf. I appreciate the fact that the employees know the inventory and can even help me understand how a product I'm purchasing is to be used if I can't figure it out on my own.

Always find what I need at the store, inventory much better than the other stores.

The cashier “Courtney was very good she took really good care of me and made me feel like I was the most important customer at that time and I really appreciate that!. Everyone else in the store seem to have the same mindset and was very helpful

recently went to the Johnstown Home Depot to purchase windows, the service was exceptional . We were waited on as soon as we got to the department. A very knowledgeable man came to help order the process was quick and painless, we were in and out in no time at all.

Home Depot employees are now complaining about those of us who choose to wear a mask because we don’t have the vaccine. I thought that’s what masks were for— protection against COVID . You shouldn’t have to listen to an employee complain because you choose to not get the COVID vaccine
