Jim in the plumbing department is the best! Helped me tackle several projects like a pro.

This is by far the best home depot in the tri state area. I am a project manager and can say Ive been to them all. The courteous and extremely knowledgeable staff go above and beyond. They even have lot people to help load all of my goods, so many other stores do not have lot personnel, its an appreciated added bonus. I would recommend this location to anyone!!!

Great product selection and prices.

This location is very convenient for me but it is a little hard typ get into and out of the parking lot .

If I ever have to go to Home Depot, I’ll be heading to this location. The gentleman who answered the plumbing department phone was a bit hesitant and unsure, but still helpful and did his job. We arrived, after an AWFUL experience at the Plymouth Meeting location, and found exactly what we needed! We were even greeted by employees and Kevin, the real gem, helped us lift and maneuver our new hot water heater. We didn’t even ask for assistance nor did we truly “need it”, but he did it anyways. SUPER helpful and friendly - PRIME customer service! Keep doing what you’re doing at KOP!!

Great store

The are very helpful and I had at least 4 who went out of their way to help us.

Several visits to purchase replacement LED lights for my home. We were approached by a very knowledgeable and helpful sales associate who guided us thru the confusing selection of items on the first trip. Returned the second time to exchange and buy more items, and she remembered us, and asked if we needed more info. Wow - great service. I’m sorry I didn’t ask her name.

Best store in the area

One of the best stores I have been in in quit a while there customer service is amazing.

I had a perfect experience with the windows department here. Everyone helped me out in a professional way. Steve did a fantastic job helping me select the windows, Manual helped me to register for ****. The manager is willing to share his insights as well!

I have found that the employees here will always go out of their way to assist you. Highly recommend that you consider purchasing your Christmas tree here... good selection and good prices.

Rude employees and ineffective processes. Had to deal with 2 different employees (withing 10 feet of each other) to return 1 item and pickup another that was purchased and paid for online. Over 30 minutes to get that done and there was no line in front of me.

I have shopped at the King of Prussia Home Depot for the past few years. I have always been very pleased with the merchandise which i have found to be priced fair and reasonable. The items are placed in convenient locations. The personnel employed in this store, in my opinion, are friendly, kind, courteous, helpful, caring, truly professional and provide QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. My Son and I shop here frequently and highly recommend this store to our family and friends. We enjoy coming here.

My experiencing today was very good. Was in a hurry and was able to find the product I was looking for with help and get to a cashier quickly. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. My only comment is you need less self-checkout and more cashiers.

Store conveniently located with no parking problems. The associates are very knowledgeable with demonstrated experience and ability to recommend solutions. There have been times when I could not find the product or comparable, but these experiences were very remote. With all the traffic and moving/reloading merchandise, the store is very clean and orderly and always up-to-date with seasonal changes.

MICHELLE IN APPLIANCES WAS WONDERFUL AS SHE TOOK THE TIME TO GUIDE ME THROUGH PRICES AND THE VARIOUS LINES OF APPLIANCES I WAS INTERESTED IN. INTRODUCED ME TO JOE IN REPAIRS AND SAVED ME A GREAT DEAL OF MONEY AS I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT REPAIRS TO MY LAWN MOWER AND PROVIDED ME WITH A CONTACT AND UNDERSTANDING AS TO THE PROCESS.

The King of Prussia always has enough employees to assist you in your shopping experience. There is always ample inventory and someone is usually in your aisle or the next who can help you. Checkout is quick, especially in the Pro Section. Usually I am looking to get in and out and back to the job with the necessary items, so quick checkout is important.

Lovely store to shop at!

Store always is clean. Employees are usually helpful. We found if you shop early in the morning they don't have the personnel to cover the floor. this has happened to us twice lately. Otherwise a good place to shop.

Marianne at the service desk is the only reason I purchased my deck supplies and didn't go to Lowe's. After a fouled up non-delivery from an online order, Marianne took complete ownership of the situation and went to great lengths to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the resolution. A few days later when the order was yet again fouled up (West Norriton store pushed my order back to King of Prussia which didn't have enough inventory to fulfill my order...which is why Marianne set it to be delivered from them in the first place!) Marianne took control and got a supplemental order delivered right after my first delivery...within minutes I had everything I needed to complete my job that day...which was very important because I had a new hot tub being delivered that needed to sit on the deck I was building that day. Marianne saved the day and kept me a Home Depot customer!
