I love shopping at this store. It is always clean and well stocked. They have a great selection of vegetable plants and other plants and flowers. Appreciate the fact that you can enter right through the garden city. Means a lot, when you really don't want to walk through the store to reach the gardencenter.

I've been shopping at Home Depot for over 30 years. Always has what I'm looking for--either in-store or on-line. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable employees. It's my #1 place to go for home improvement items. Never been disappointed. As I am retired USAF, having several designated parking spots for veterans is a plus.

I went to get a water softener that was on sale. The water softener was out of stock and a sales worker was able to get me the more expensive model for the price of the one that was on sale.

I received excellent customer service from Cheyenne. She went above and beyond to help!

After reviewing Home Depot online and comparing prices with other appliance stores, we chose Home Depot. They had the best selection, prices, and easy to manipulate website. The experience of purchasing a microwave was enhanced by the visit to the store - which doesn’t always happen! The employees were helpful and gracious and we found to perfect microwave for our kitchen. Delivery will include installation and has been scheduled for a quick delivery! Thank you!

This store has amazing employees that go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. The product I needed was in a box (with about 20 other boxes) on a skid on the top shelf. Jay and Zack found the product after taking down the skid and going through the boxes which was no easy task. Thanks so much!!!!

I have avoided Home Depot over recent years thought things were in Choas on the floor and at the check-out. I had to stop in the other day and what a change. People on the floor to answer questions and cashier was willing to help me out quickly. Audrey, assisted me in CC application and military discount. Made me a happy camper. Great job!

Carlisa in flooring is a treasure! Smart, knowledgeable, congenial and engaging. She makes you want to buy products and supplies lots of information to support her ideas. She is AWESOME!!

We initially went for 1X12X6 but the shelf was empty. I chose some 12 footers and was going to cut them at but but getting them home would be difficult. I saw Ben helping another customer and asked how long he would be as he was cutting down several pieces of foam insulation board for them. He asked the customer if would be ok to knock out my 2 cuts on the saw so we would not have to wait. The customer agreed happily and Ben took care of us. Was nice to see a young man with that level of customer service in this day and age.

Excellent service, friendly professional environment. Employees who actually care to help you and answer questions. from cutting wood to recommending electrical switches, paints, etc. what you would expect from a home improvement center with big box options.

I went to buy a Milwaukee m12 combo set and the staff made it extremely easy to do and once they found the tools I was looking for Audrey the cashier made the check out extremely smooth she was a very nice woman and very helpful

The patience, care, and attention that Frankie showed me made my day. I had an online purchase that was defected. Came in Friday, was told to come back Saturday and take it to tool rental. I had to get a refund but it would only give me store credit and I wouldn't be able to buy the pressure washer because it was an online only item. Frankie did all that she could to make sure I was able to re-order the pressure washer for the same sale price that I purchased it at. Entire staff was very friendly.

They don't honor online prices and are quite rude about it when they tell you. If you accept it and then ask to pay online and pick it up they shoo you off then talk crap about you to their coworkers (my wife went back through the line to buy something where she overheard them calling me a b&*^%). And while I was already irritated. I bottled it in and just took the product out of my cart, went to customer service and paid for it online.

I appreciate the help that I received at Home Depot. Audrey and two other employees were awesome helpers I am very grateful.

Three trips to Depot this week. You know how that is. Every time the help was great. Self-checkout help was great and friendly. For me that makes a difference in where I shop.

All members of the employee team offering customer service were excellent, from our greeting to helping with selections, to helping us get a planter that was up on a high shelf, to watching our products for a moment while we got our car, to helping us load the car to the cashier. Enjoyable experience. Will come again.
