I am satisfied with the Eco Smart Light blubs.

Purchased a dishwasher and was very satisfied

I love going to home depot. I feel welcomed and cozy! I love to just look around and they have everything I need!

I picked through a full section of 2x4x8 to only find 5 good pieces and then they had the nerve to raise the price within 4 days. It took literally an hour and 12 minutes to sort through the stack to only find 5 good pieces. Have to go mobile lumber for the rest of project. And you can’t use your proX perks because the system always offline but it is online to accept your credit card … sounds suspicious to me

The employees take pride in actually helping customers and go the extra mile to explain things to customers. They even look and act like they enjoy their jobs. Thanks for the great customer service which is so rare now days.

The store is kept neat and clean. Stocked according to location on the Home Depot app (easy to find). I’ve never seen more diligent associates at a DIY box store. I had several issues to address and they were ALL addressed well by multiple people, all equally professional, all very gracious. The customer service desk, all of them, were excellent! Also the gentleman out in the several departments on whom they called to assist me. I am taken by surprise at how well this location operates. I will travel past the other location to shop here.

As a Vet this is the store I recommend!

Employees are ridiculous rude especially on the Pro Side the Lady on the register was very rude to opposite race but was very pleasant to her own. I didn't do anything to her. To deserve that treat and if I acted like that I would be fired. I will not be returning to this store over it. I would much rather go out of my way instead and go to united rental or somewhere. I already have an anger problem and I try to avoid situations like that. So, I also work for a company that has an account with y'all

Penny was an excellent helper in The Garden Center and Melonee was a very nice and friendly cashier.

Employees were friendly and helpful. They managed my return even though I had bought it a while back and they took care of putting in my new order. Very good service.

I used curbside at the Montlimar store in Mobile today. I had gone to the Daphne location on Saturday.a I bought 2 lounge chairs. I am elderly and several employees watched as I struggled to pick them up..carrying them thru a maze of lawn furniture...one by one. Went back Sunday for 2 more and couldn't find any. I asked a clerk for help and she just stared at me. Told me she didn't know where they were but I could probably go to the service desk. Thanks. I decided to locate them online and found them online in Mobile. Ordered it for curbside. After seeing a number of cars come and go a guy came out and said oh they are in lawn and garden. He couldn't carry them that far. OMG but I could! Drove over the lawn and garden and I had to help him load them. Keep in mind I did it by mysef (I struggled/am old/but no one helped). I had to lift the second one up and over the first one and as I got it set I asked the guy if he could help advise me to best tie them down. Apparently I was talking to myself because he was long gone. I guess when I lifted it up to load that second one he took off. I have health issues and should not be doing what I did but you can't go to stores anymore and have anyone that cares about service. I know the Montlimar store has a long history of being the worse performing store in the southeast. Why??? Service...leadership. It is just unacceptable. Shame on the store and shame on those employees.

The morning employees were the best!

The store is clean and organized. The personnel at the Customer Service desk and self-checkout areas were very helpful. BUT could not find personnel who were knowledgeable of trimmers. This is not my first purchase here. I will return. If it happens again I will go to Schillinger store.

Just like to say for all your building needs..repairs and remodel...Do ur shopping first at Home Depot.. where the associates all r so friendly....

The store is clean. The sales people are helpful, but not enough people which makes for a long wait to get help.

Don't honor coupons

Ms. Melonee has made all the difference in the world in where I go to buy plants. This woman is hard working, knows all the merchandise and is there to lift up all who welcome the doors at Home Depot. She is the reason I go to Home Depot above all other places. And besides that, their plants are always fresh and fabulous! I am thankful for this place and for Ms. Melonee, aka to me my Miss Mellow.

The two ladies at the Customer Service desk were OUTSTANDING. It was Christmas Eve and they were totally joyful and pleasant. They made my shopping experience a complete success. THANK YOU to Carolyn and I'm sorry I didn't catch the other lady's name. But don't let that deter you - you'd remember her by her huge smile!!

It was an exceptionally good store!!

Be prepared to load everything yourself, haul to checkout and then haul to your truck/trailer and load again by yourself!

The products purchased are of good quality and they were found easily and set up delivery date. The Appliance Specialist was very knowledgeable, friendly as well as helpful. The store was clean and well stocked.

Excellent service get in and out!!
