I was looking for some sealant and was helped quickly by a manager.

Bought lately a sauna, came with a broken glassdoor, very helpful customer service to return.

We purchased a new Washer/Dryer last November 2023 and they both turned out to be lemons! From the MOD to head of appliances to appliance salesperson - they were able to help us get our money back on "lemon" set and get us a fantastic price on a new set (not same brand!) with not much effort on our part. We would recommend #1537 Montrose, CO Home Depot Store!

Very friendly and helpful staff. But please find a new delivery service, TEMCO is awful. We bought new Washer/Dryer set and they weren't even going to bring them inside, they eventually did and dumped them in my living room. I had to bring in someone else in to move them to the laundry room and hook everything up.

As a woman who tries to do her own repairs, I go into the Home Depot quite often. I'm always asking the guys advice and questions about what I'm working on that particular time. I've never been steered Wrong by any of the help. And I feel quite comfortable that the information I'm getting from them is accurate. This means a great deal to me, to be able to have someone to rely on for advice.

Jan Vanderwist and her team in Kitchen Design are top notch! I would highly suggest if your in the market for new kitchen cabinet go to that store. In my first short conversation she listened and gave me everthing I asked for. Totally respected my time. With in 2 hours job complete, I paid . On my way to other things. It was truely a wonderful experience!

I bought some weather stripping for my back door. Tony in windows and doors, recommended the product that worked great. I returned the wrong product I purchased the week before, with no hassle. Manny helped me with the return process and also assisted in my purchase.

Store isles are clutter and hard to maneuver a cart through the store. Always double, triple check items that are not boxed because items are usually mixed and make sure you are not in a hurry to check out! Only checkout station 1 & 2 are open unless you care to do the self checkout. They never open checkout stations 3, 4 & 5

2 times in 3 years Jerry has assisted us in the outdoor power tools section. He is very educated in the products and knows how to sell them! For a gentleman in his 80’s he has exceptional customer service! The world needs more Jerry’s! Thank you sir!

We needed new laundry equipment and had researched what we wanted before coming in. You knew the product, its warranty parameters, and provided the associated services we needed at a price we could afford. How can you beat that?

There were several glitches in the process, telling me that either your it systems are faulty, or your personnel lacks training.

We needed a refrigerator filter and did not know what to buy or how to install. Our sales person took us to her desk, offered chairs, while she spend some time trying to find just what we needed. When she did she showed us just how to take out the old filter and install the new one. She so helpful and informative. Great customer service!

I'M 69 YEARS OLD AND JUST FOUND OUT I HAVE CANCER, MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN REMODELING OUR HOME FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. WE ONLY HAVE THE BASEMENT LEFT AND I AM BUSTING MY BUTT TRYING TO GET IT DONE BECAUSE I'M NOT LEAVING HER WITH AN UNFINISHED HOME WHEN I GO. I WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND BOUGHT 44 SHEETS OF DRYWALL, AND A CRAPLOAD OF LUMBER. I ASKED IF I COULD GET SOME HELP LOADING THE DRYWALL AND 2 GUYS PUT THE DRYWALL ON ONE OF THE FLAT CARTS PUSHED IT OUT TO MY TRAILER WHILE I WAS AT THE CASH REGISTER AND THEN I NEVER SAW THEM AGAIN. I'M NOT THE WEAKEST GUY IN THE WORLD BUT HAVE BEEN REALLY TIRED LATELY AND COULD OF USED SOME HELP LOADING IT. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE....

I've had ok service before; not today- had repeated very poor experiences with all 4 interactions

It is a crying shame that you can't walk into the store and purchase a washing machine. You have to order one and it will take us 30 days to get it. That's completely unacceptable. I know it is how it is nowadays but 30 days come on figure it out. A person that walks in and pays cash of 1000 shouldn't have to wait that lon. I will shop other places to see what they can do to accommodate my needs!

Jason, the cashier in the garden area is always very nice and remembers my husband every time he goes in. We were also given a discount on a plant we bought by a man who delivers them which was very sweet!

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I'd give a negative five stars if I could. After a whole month of the new dishwasher sitting in my garage (because they didn't put a water line kit on the truck) and hours on the phone trying to get them back to put it in, I ended up returning it. I won't shop at Home Depot ever again.

Her title, not mine, and I cannot remember her real name, but on 6-16-11 at about 1pm, she made my day. Smile, wit, helpfulness--and she solved a bit of a problem for me quickly.

I purchased two identical items. One had defective parts but Shawntel came to our rescue and quickly replaced the defective parts. Shawntel’s customer service skills are superb and she saved our project!
