I was assisted by an associate that went way above average! The experience was a pleasant surprise from assistance in locating the items I wanted, checkout and loading of the items. The Morgan Hill store is a great place to shop.

The associate was very helpful. And friendly. I wnt to check for some garden tools the associate ask me if I needed help when I went to pay she offered to get a Home Depot card because she could give me a very good deal by the way she was so friendly.unfortunately there was a problem with the application. She told me to make some calls and then come back and she'll help me then. I was hesitant but I did anyway. When I went back she was quite busy. She called for assistance so she could help me. And she took care of everything .

It is a bit smaller than some Home Depots but has 90% of what you need. The hours are great, the parking is good, the location is easy to get to. I rarely leave Morgan Hill for most home projects I do. Their install prices are high and some have high minimums like counter tops. .

I visit this store 2 or more times a week. Everyone is always helpful. They make it feel like the kinda small town it is. On this particular visit my checker was all smiles and as usual helpful, to me and others. She’s a keeper. Good job Morgan Hill Home Depot!

I was at the store picking up some gardening essentials like snail bait and seed spreader when I went to the checkout and the cashier asked if I wanted to save $30 towards this purchase. I said "Whoa you bet I would" and 3 minutes later I have a new card in my name and only spent $6 for the spreader, snail bait, weed killer and some lawn bug treatment seed. A good deal indeed!

Availability of help in this store has been going down continuously over the past several years. I am constantly finding opened packages which have been opened, parts removed, then taped shut and returned to the shelf. When alerting an employee of this, the usual response is complete indifference. Finally, during most of the time spent in the store, we shoppers are assaulted when the most obnoxious, loud music imaginable. If there was another store of this kind in town you can be sure I would never shop here again. Ed Hernstedt

I didn't require assistance as I knew exactly what I was looking for this time. When I went to check out, I received a VERY WARM HELLO and asked if I found everything I was looking for by the Cashier! She was most impressive and so gracious! I've not been so impressed by anyone's attitude for a long time. Kudos to an amazing young lady for her friendliness and manners!

Our Home Depo store in Morgan Hill is a delight to have close by. We enjoy shopping in a clean well organized store. Any time we need paint. (Home Depo) has the Best paint we ever used. We always use BEHR.. Great prices too. Very quickly checked out without any problems.. I'm a very excellent shopper and Highly recommend HOME DEPO!!

My purpose was to select a sample of paint for my room. Patrick from the Paint department did a wonderful job of assisting my needs. Very helpful and fast. When I went to check out, Maximo at the returns desk was able to have me checked out very fast. Took about a minuet or so. Very happy with my visit today.

WELL ORGANISED and clean and helpful for the product

This is a larger Home Depot store. The selection of products and prices are comparable and even rival online markets. The customer service at the Morgan Hill Home Depot is excellent, I am always approached and offered assistance in the aisles and at checkout.

I wanted to cap a couple of the risers on my sprinkler system rather than pull them out. I couldn't find any riser caps in the sprinkler area. I looked and couldn't find a plastic threaded cap anywhere. The associate helped me find a 1/2 inch threaded cap in the PVC plumbing area that will work just fine.

Today I was gretted and helped by two employees. One was in home appliances, and I'm afraid I didn't get her name. She helped me find knobs for my old electric stove I was going to garage sale (lost a knob). What a found amazing is she was off work, because after she helped me she turned to her associates and said "goodnight". She was very cheerful and approachable(normally I "wing it " and find it sooner or later but today was short on time. I asked he where to find shower massager replacement hoses. She actually got the aisle wrong, but Larry, another employee asked me if he could help as I turned the corner. As I said, short on time, I accepted grateful that he knew exactly where they were and the best item for my dilemma, as well as best price/value. there was no one at self check out and I got all I needed in less than a half hour, which was my goal. I never had such an easy and perfect experience, and I've been shopping here for at least ten years. The staff is looking sharp! A+ to the staff. A- to the store, because there was a bit of clutter down one isle...

The Morgan Hill store is a smaller then normal store. The town doesn't have many options other than a Ace store . With that being said I think the store is one of the nicer stores in the area. It is usually cleaner and more organized then others in our area. for the most part the sales people are very friendly but it does take some effort to get valid information from them . I have tried very hard during a recent remodel to use my local store only to go elsewhere for core product because there is no follow up on questions, or it takes too long to get the information I required. When remodeling the cabinets visiting the cabinet area I was told come back later as they were backed up, only to find the sales gal in the parking lot going home, Blinds after 5 visits I finally was able to get someone's attention but there was no sales person available in this department so someone from another department tried to help, after another 30 minutes we were nowhere on getting a quote for 20 windows. This has been a comon issue as even the pro desk dosent follow thru . The only department that I was successful was special ordering some door parts. The guys was Johnny on the spot , however after one week beyond the delivery date getting information about the order was comical . After a half hour on the phone being transferred all around the store and always back to the same guy I gave up and just waited for the call. Is the grass greener somewhere else? I don't think so pay your money and take your chances do your research on line and if possible shop on line too.

I see helpful staff who seek to please customers as well as reasonably priced goods/services. As a PRO member, the on-line shopping/ordering facilitates ease of later at-store pick-up. Associates assist me by loading my vehicle properly. Hot coffee available for very early customers also; bring own mug!! Returns seem hassle-free about 90% of the time. Sign-up for EM notices/discounts which create ideas and save money!

I love Home Depot, everyone is wonderful and the products are awesome! I go there even when I don't need anything, just to see any new items that came in. Love love love this store!

I've been shopping in this store for 19 years. Close to home, and I know the entire store layout and where to find what I need. All employees are nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and well trained.. Checking out is always fast and cashiers go out of their way to help. Returns are never questioned when you have the receipt etc. And, it's pretty much the only shopping I do. Keep up the great work !

These blinds were much easier than I expected to install. The room they are in was always HOT despite the A/C, and became comfortable almost the moment we hung the blinds. The light that filters through them is delicate and soft, and not at all jarring to wake up to.
