Are Kids Workshops offered at the N Frisco Home Depot?

Yes, the N Frisco store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to order your kit.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

If you receive a gift card, you can visit the N Frisco Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Does The Home Depot N Frisco offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is usually located near the front of the store.

Terrible delivery service and did not get full refund
I made a large purchase that include big stones and huge amount of rocks, cement bags that worth more than $1000, hence I also purchased the delivery service. However, 3 days before arrival, they texted me and said it must be rescheduled. I already paid the contractors to be at my house on that day to help me unload the materials but Home Depot messed it up. I had to go to Home Depot, picked up the heavy materials myself and rented a box truck to bring them home, took almost half a day for us to unload. Still, they not only didn't give full refund on the delivery service, but also did not give a discount on the box truck rental. Then after every was done, I still received text from Home Depot saying their shipment would arrive on scheduled day, and they CANCELED within minutes due to " not able to pick up the materials". Whats the point of delivery service if their people can't even load the materials. I believe this is a scam and will fight to get my money back

          Great employees at Home Depot!
          We actually just went in to buy some replacement light bulbs. No big deal. We found just what we were looking for and then at checkout...boom! We fell in love with this adorable cashier! Her name was Lilliana and she had both my husband and me laughing and smiling while in line and then for the rest of the afternoon. Top notch employee! Thank you Home Depot! Cant wait to go back in a few days for spring flowers, shrubs and mulch!

            Worst Shopping experience ever.
            After we paid to have someone come out and measure the space where we wanted to place a microwave oven, it took us over 2 1/2 hours in the store before they could help us do it. No one seemed to know the process couldn’t figure out which ones would fit in the space, then told us if the one they gave us didn’t fit we would have to stop pay a restocking fee . I can’t tell you how bad the experience was.

              I purchased a Husky Workcabinet on 12/30/2023. After purchasing the cabinet, I ran into some issues trying to haul the cabinet home. I met with Maquala in Customer Service at that point. Maquala was awesome in assisting me with options for getting the cabinet home. Not only did she work out that issue, but the next day an issue arose with the delivery. I called Maquala back and she located the confusion issues and fixed them. I want to commend Maquala for being an employee who went above and beyond over those few days to help out a customer in a very professional and courteous manner. Maquala is an asset to this Frisco store and Home Depot itself. Thanks to Maquala for a job well done.

                Great Service
                Maquala and her Manager (who came to the counter) and the young lady that performs sign language was very nice and kind and understanding of my situation. Home Depot need to use them as an example of what WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE is. Thank you guys because you made my day when i was in a jam.. Please do not take them for granted Home Depot and give these people a raise because they all deserve it and a HUGE BONUS.... Thanks again

                  Wonderful experiances in this Home Depot Store compared to others in the area.
                  During this visit to the Home Depot # 6513 Frisco, I needed some assistance with a special k size of overhead light - (4 ft T8 fl / soft white 2 pack) as there several similar items and / or sizes. The Gentleman in the Electrical Department was very helpful and I was able to purchase the correct one. The Cashier (Shirley) also was very helpful and was able to find the price of a discounted item which I was wanting to purchase, but it did not have a UPC Tag. The entire trip was a complete pleasure even though it was a very busy and there were a load of people checking out.

                    Worst shipping experience
                    I possibly had the worst service at any store, and I have been shopping at Home Depot for the past 25 years. Firstly, six employees walked by none of them offered to help. But I asked a lady if she could help me find some long equipment and she said she could not because she was not on the clock and walked away. Then I approached to employees that were chatting away and I apologize for interrupting them because I needed some help, one of them offered to help and tried to look for someone that could locate the lawn equipment I was looking for. Several minutes went by she passed me two times did not provide an update or how long it would be before I could get some help. At this point I was very frustrated and asked to speak to a manager, Scott the manager showed up and try to rectify the issue by giving me alternate option since the product I needed was no longer available. He even adjusted the price which was very thoughtful of him. Once I got home and opened the package, they have provided me the wrong equipment and no batteries or charger with it. Had to go back to the store and return the product and decided to shop at a competitor.
