Please tell me what you would like for me to say in my review , since you don't care for what I have to say . Keep in mind I have no POSITIVE thoughts about the direction in which you are going . I tried to tell you about the negative experience I had in your store , but apparently you don't want to hear it , and furthermore , you don't want anyone else to READ IT. I gave you one star because there was nothing LESS.

the store is at a convenient location, the service is great, friendly and helpful

I got EXCELLENT service from Yaz, the very cute lady who works in customer service at the Home Depot on Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth, GA.

Typically find really good people & help here.

Alan in lumber went above and beyond today by offering to help my son and his science fair partner with some dangerous cutting and drilling work. We were so grateful for the time he took to help us! It seemed that nothing was too small or medial of a task for him and his workmates today!

There is a cashier named Elizabeth in customer service returns and she is just the best. I have come to the location for maybe 5 or 6 years and she truly is committed to HD values. She's the best

Well laid out. Shelves are neat, but not so neat that I'm afraid to move a product from the shelf to my cart. Nayana, the cashier, was very nice.

Staffs are friendly, the cashier “Jeff” he introduced me about the survey. It’s better if the customers asking help to find stocks , staff should be help to show them and introduce them about the promotion is applying

There are no cashiers only self checkout systems. The people in the store do not know how to help customers solve problems and pay with cash.

Everyone in the store is nice and professional, from the manager to the cashier. Seems they all love their job.

Shawn in Lumbar... he’s the guy to go to regarding anything in this department. He’s efficient and knowledgeable! He’s also very meticulous when cutting wood, with him you won’t have to worry about a quarter-inch variance between your requested measurements and what you actually get.

Cashier Elizabeth was such a couteous professional associate who understood the issue and did not hesitate to help us right away. She solved all our problems!!!! She needs a raise or she has to move up in the organization to train new hires and inspire other associates!!!

at this home depot there are friendly stuff and knowledgeable associates and every time willing to help and give ideas and options

I was waited on by Lucy at the check out and she was very helpful and making sure I got checked out properly and that i got everything I needed. Also she signed me up for a Home Depot Credit Card. It made my visit very enjoyable.
