The last for trips to this locatIon I know the employees at this store in Nile’s Ohio thought I was a thief. Not only did they make me feel like this they made it very apparent. From being discriminated using the self check out instead of waiting in a line to having my shopping cart taken more than once. The employees at this location need education on how to properly treat customers who they may think has high dollar items they are purchasing. Or post a sign non the door, “high dollar purchasers will be treated like a criminal”. I have a very big account with homedepot to say the least. Every trip we purchase hundreds of dollars in tools and materials. I got to Boardman, Austintown, and Nile’s… I have never been treated with the amount of disrespect as I have on numerous occasions at the Nile’s homedepot. This is not right, fix it. Here’s a picture of my cart and every item was purchased. Stop being so judgmental and get training on how to handle large purchasers. Someone is not a thief unless they walk out the door without paying. Any employee to make a judgement before a person gets to check out, is discriminatory and upsetting to say the least.

Recommend checking out not only the selection but also the prices and customer service. Free installation and take away of old carpet with a minimum purchase. Quick turn around and with a coupon can get up to 24 months same as cash. Very happy with the process.

It seemed like there were only 4 employees working in the entire store (that weren’t the cashier) and good luck getting any help or attention from them. It’s like I was invisible or something. At least the store down the street helped me out with what I needed.

Jeffrey in flooring was so helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, he listened To what we were planning on doing with the flooring so he was able to make insightful suggestions specific to our project.

I purchased an item through the website to be delivered. The vendor responsible for sending it messed up twice sending the wrong color. Your store associate, Cheryl, helped me both times I returned and reordered. She was friendly, helpful and courteous. She is an asset to your company.

I went into store. Ask Tracy for help, she was rude and Dismissive. She was still standing at the front, doing nothing at the check out when we left. Angry at this point, we exited the store. only to run into Phil. He was kind, asked if we needed help, assisted us, and thanked us for coming. What A wonderful helpful man.

Tried to buy a washer with a sign that said it was in stock. It wasn't. Ended up ordering a more expensive one on the day. I was supposed to be notified of the delivery times. They pushed it back a month. Do not buy anything at this store. They are guilty of bait and switch, false advertising, and breach of contract.

The two employees at the self checkout always seem like they’re in a bad mood, seem inconvenienced if a customer ask questions or needs assistance, just make for a unpleasant experience.

I was having a bad day and needed to get in and out of Home Depot and Dale made my day and was really nice and changed My day to better.

Came looking for something in particular and was shown it quickly and able to check out very fast I call that a successful shopping experience. Thank yuo

Nikes Home Depot is the best Home Depot

Got a great deal on washer and dryer. Sale agent did a get job explaining the different model and features.

Even though we experienced an issue how our order was originally entered, Gregg the manager straightened everything out and was kind and patient

Are used to dread going in to a hardware store but now that I go to Home Depot in Niles I couldn’t ask for anything better they’ve always seem to have what I want in stock and the people are so nice Kanas for anything better than that makes your day.

Went in 40 minute before closing. All the staff was extremely helpful. Stephanie was amazing!!
