A-One service and extra help

This store rarely allows me to easily use my Military Discount. Maybe I shouldn’t say that, if I do get the discount, 9 times out of 10 I have to checkout and then go to the customer service area to be refunded the discount amount. This is the only Home Depot I have ever been to that this is an issue and I normally go to 4-5 different stores frequently. Why is this store different? I have been told by employees their systems aren’t updated or current since it’s not a big money making store and there are only certain items that are eligible for the discount(never had issues any other location). I also want to clarify that none of my purchases there were anywhere near the max discount allowed of $50, normally it’s just a few dollars to maybe $10-15.

Check out clerks are not friendly. Need check-outs at both doors. People older have way to far to walk.

Andy was awesome !! Was spending approx $700 on tiles to redo my bathroom and he went above and beyond helping me. They need more Andy’s !!

I know times are difficult with covid; but i called this store for days trying to ask about pre-paying order and then having it ready for pickup. Finally just went to store and selected items myself.

The store is very clean- their bathroom always impresses me. Very helpful people! In one visit i had 5 employees assist me above and beyond my expectations! Happy people that make the customers enjoy shopping there.

The store has gone downhill with all the wonderful self check out kiosks. Nothing as fun, as checking ones self out, while watching half a dozen employees standing around talking to each other.

I have always been able to find what I need whether at the store or online. Employees have always been helpful though, at times, not easy to find but I think that really depends on number of employees working and available. Aside from that, I really have no complaints.

Yes we found the products we were looking for! Yes we had assistance as soon as we asked! In fact there were many of the employees who ask us if we needed assistance! The store was very clean!

Recently we had to purchase a microwave. The clerks that helped us were knowledgeable of the products. They helped us pick the one that was right for us.

All the employees at this Home Depot are very helpful and so very friendly. Some of the cashiers know me by name. That makes me feel special.

I used the self check out, but a cashier was nearby if I needed assistance. And she was pleasant to talk to.

Bought 2 10# bags of spectracide triazicide granule. got home and the one bag was taped up with clear cellophane tape and only weighed six pounds.. WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!!! WHY someone deliberately did this this store cannot be trusted...

As always, my shopping experience at Home Depot was a good one. I found the item I wanted. LuAnn, cashier, was very friendly, as always, and kind enough to help me with the self check out. She is so friendly to everyone she sees.

The staff is always very helpful. Some times I need more assistance in finding exactly what I want. The cashiers are always so friendly and will go out of their way to assist me. Often I need extra help on the self check out registers. Home Depot has a very friendly & helpful & knowledgeable staff.

I meet such knowledgeable staff members when I have a question about an item. The cashiers are always so friendly and smiling. They always say have a nice day.

I often have to ask a staff member or a cashier where I can find an item. Everyone is so courteous. Especially the cashiers. They make sure I find everything I was looking for.
