Everyone is always nice and eager to assist!

I had an oversized return, I’ve never returned anything to this store before and I purchased it online as a gift. The woman the finally came to “help”, after about 15 minutes, Theresa in the returns department, had a huge attitude that I didn’t already have my vehicle backed up. When my dad tried to help her get the huge box out of our tiny car that was packed in super tight, she man handled it and told him “she’s got it” and that it doesn’t matter what the box looks like because we’re returning it anyway. She continued to be very rude and arrogant during the entire returns process and exchange. Not friendly at all. We will not be returning to this location.

The employees had great customer service, they helped me find what I was looking for.

Store is not clean and not helpful locatating products and over all experience is very poor will shop at st Charles rock road one

You can usually tell when a store has an exceptionally good manager who,is able to motivate his employees to make the customer feel valued, and this is one of those stores!

Sherrise was so calm and peaceful when I asked her for a refund of an item I accidentally scanned twice in the self checkout. She kept a smile on her face and made me feel like I was a valued customer. I shop here at this in Overland all the time, and this is my first experience with a refund. She made the process easy and delightful. I’ll definitely come back. She was a very friendly and amazing woman!

The people working there were polite especially Kim the cashier.

The staff at this store is awful. I went there knowing what I wanted and knowing that they had stock. The manager, Demetrius, insisted that I didn't want the specific product I was asking for. I asked him why he would sell it and he kept saying that it wasn't right for me. I know differently. Finally, after Demetrius acquiesced, it was obvious why he didn't want to sell the product. It was because the product was located in a spot only accessibly via a forklift and he didn't want to get it even if it mean selling 14 50gallon buckets. His laziness is actually hurting sales.

Friendly staff and great service!!

Before my husband got sick we were at home depot for all of home repair/updating material all the time. Every spring this is where I come to get all of my gardening needs. We love the quality and price of the products and we can always find whatever we need for out projects. Now since he can longer come into the store we do a lot of our shopping online and pick up in store. We love being able to continue to get what we need instore and online.

This store has horrible customer service and I was advised to talk to the store and I did but has yet to meet her. Personally, we are changing stores and if this occurs again my customer loyalty. This employee at 1st when he noticed I came into the store was worried about his employment due to actions, but several days later he was still in the same position.

The store sales representative Henry was very disrespectful, unhelpful and unprofessional the way he handled a situation when I needed help finding an item. He walked away pretending he was helping another guest. Home Depot needs to do a better job training their employees to have some respect for their customer or else we will shop else where.
