Picture yourself in deep contemplation with your spouse as a friendly face wanders up non assumingely with a cart and asks, “Is there anything you’d like help with today? Or perhaps a spare cart would be of use?!” Responses of various tone allotted to, “Maybe?!” He chucked gently and retorted, “Well at least you’re on the same page with a strong maybe.” We laughed and soon found ourselves enamored and ordering twice what we came for, but half of what we need, and eager to return for more! Tod assisted us from selection, through purchase, and truck load! We can’t say enough good things!

Initially, I thought I wouldn't be coming to this Home Depot too much because I like going to the larger locations. But you can't beat the great customer service at this store and that's hard to find out the larger stores. Nowadays, good customer service is rare, so when I find a place that provides it, I stick with it!!!

Angela spoke to us about our shopping experience with interest and enthusiasm, educated us on products we asked about, and was a joy to meet!

I made an exchange of floor planks that were heavy for me. Luis came to the rescue and guided us with the exchange and helped us all the way to our vehicle to load the boxes.

Every time I go to the new Home Depot in Pasadena I am floored by the customer service. From product assistance, to check out, to returns - everyone is friendly, knowledgable, and caring. It feels much more like a neighborhood store than a big chain, and I actually enjoy shopping there!

This was the only store that had the item I was desperately looking for. The staff was very helpful and made me feel welcomed and valued. The cashier line was short and someone helped me load my items into my car. I was very, very happy.

I bought 3 bags of bark and the cashier offered plastic to me to protect my car before I asked for it. Harold offered to help me to my car in the 100+ temperature! So helpful!

I enjoyed a quick, easy, superbly helpful trip this evening to the Pasadena Home Depot store. The items I needed were intelligently placed for easy access, and there was plenty in stock. The Garden Center cashier and a young team member named Joshua made sure I was in and out quickly, and I received quick, cheerful, prompt help loading my vehicle with some very heavy items. Thank you, Pasadena Home Depot team!

My husband went shopping last weekend and staff was available to help us find what we needed, helped us at checkout and helped load the car without us asking - refreshing to see enough employees who can assist.

I came in looking for help to repair a dining room chair and wasn’t sure if anyone could lend advice on how to fix it. One of the team members from the Pro checkout area referred me to John who does repairs in Tool Rentals to see if he could help take a look. John went above and beyond and not only took the time to help me find the parts and fix it right there, but also helped me find a small toolkit I could use around the house for other minor repairs. Thanks John and to the other friendly staff who helped me today!

They need to get people to help you load your truck and not just say no my job

A month ago I Bought heavy bricks the smallest young lady assisted me I totally recommend her employee of the year thank you Delilah. This time was a small plant I see this young lady and she makes me want to come back. Shop twice a week

Found everything that I was look for thanks to the staff of which were everywhere ...

I came here on an early Saturday morning with my toddler daughter to pick up a few items for my installation crew, what I came across was a very understaffed store considering how busy it was for a weekend where people usually have the most time to shop. When I was searching for the specific tools I needed there wasn’t an associate in sight who could help me out, except for one employee who ended up being my cashier as well. Her name was Emily and offered the most exceptional customer service especially since I was struggling with keeping my daughter under control and she went and gave me a hand with the items I needed without hesitation. Honestly the only reason I’m giving this 5 star review is for Emily’s service in helping me. She ended up ringing me up as well and made the whole experience worth it, this store needs more employees like her who offer a helping hand without even having to think twice. Hopefully she can help me out whenever I come by this store again for I will definitely be returning here for all my crews tool needs.

First I would like to say how pleased I am that Home Depot is now in Pasadena, CA. Each time I visit, I am easily able to locate what I need and receive the friendliest service possible from the associates here.

Today I need some plumbing parts to replace my garbage disposal. A worker called Vic at plumbing area spending time to help me select parts to make my old fitting work so I don't have to buy whole new system. Really appreciated his effort.

I have been commuting to the Duarte Home Depot for years. I am so happy to have a Home Depot in Pasadena! The set up of the location is great and entering and exiting works well. The staff are great, store is clean and well stocked for my different needs during the year. I always enjoy coming in.
