I was delighted to explore this new Pasadena store and found it to be especially clean and inviting. The associates were friendly and helpful and the store was surprisingly well-stocked. I had expected to have to order online but found everything I was looking for in the quantities I needed.

Yes, with a but! The plant selection is atrocious and getting help in the garden area is non existent. Tell staff to keep their phones in their pockets.

great new store: the parking is little awkward, but aside from that the store is well stocked and the staff are very helpful. great to have a Home Depot so close to home.

This store is clean and the associates are awesome. Peter from the service desk will go the extra mile to help you and put a smile on your face. Though this Home Depot is a bit further for me, this one will be the main store for me when I need to visit a home improvement store. Amazing stuff!

The store was clean and well organized. The personnel were very friendly and extremely helpful. I had assistance from an associate who helped me find the exact product I was looking for.

The store is super nice. There's new and young employees that are learning their jobs so we customers need to be patient. Its great ti have HomeDepot in our neighborhood. So convenient. Welcome to Pasadena!

It is convenient to my home and lots of parking, including a garage. Provides the usual Home Deport products. The associates were friendly and helpful.

Love this new store! People are friendly throughout. I do wish that they would expand their selection of plants, however, and handicap parking is remarkably insufficient and difficult to find.

I love the convenience of having a Home Depot in Pasadena. I have been referring friends and families since my 1st visit.

Give it up for these folks! Smiling at 6 AM on a Sunday morning? Check. Greeting me in the parking lot and offering me a cart? Check. Offering to cut a 4x8 down so it’ll easily fit in my car? Check. They even let me join in on the early morning exercises......It’s almost like they could have a valet.......but us blue collar people with callouses park our own cars thank you very much. Loving this store. My neighbor got a hard hat on opening day.......I have hard hat envy now.....

Have always liked HD but freeway traffic during the short commute is so bad I hated going over there. This new location is a dream- well-stocked with helpful associates who go out of their way to help you with projects. I'm in fix-it heaven and will be shopping there often- thanks!

Super clean, everything nicely arranged on shelves, easy to find stuff, employees super friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Plants and trees are all fresh looking. Plus it's closer to my house so that's a definite winner.

Very pleasant store. Feels more human size. Staff very friendly & helpful. Parking lot was small and pretty full but I think the adjacent structure is also included, but I did not see any sign. Store was clean & bright and less noisy than typical Home Depot’s. I did not see the full store though. Checkout was fast. I did self checkout but there was an attendant there for people, as needed.

Step back competition. Home Depot Pasadena CA is the leader in every part from entering the store. Staff who are knowledgeable , more than helpful , friendly and very efficient. What a great experience to have this day and age where most all companies small and large have lost their customer service ethics. I can not say how nice it is to deal with this Home Depot in and through out . Thank you for doing business here in my town. You are all a breath of fresh air . Bravo

They only care about one ethnic background. Black, White and Asians aren’t treated the same way they treat Spanish speakers. Spanish speakers were offered more incentives than the Black person standing right behind them.

The cleanliness of the store was very noticeable from the entry and throughout the store. Store was well stocked and everything had a place and everything was in its place. Restrooms were very clean, a real plus. Personnel are the kind of people that makes this store stand out and what customers appreciate. This project is exactly what we have looked for these many years. The AVON building never looked so good. CONGRAULATIONS
