We were assisted by Judy in appliances. She was extremely helpful. She was sure that we got the best price and answered all our questions. She helped us find the exact refrig we wanted and at a great price.

Like a lot of other places, they seem to be pushing to much self check outs. Less staff than in past. not keeping current trends in stock. Forcing you to purchase on line.

Plymouth, Michigan store seems to always carry the items I need and also is one of the better and cleanest stores of Home Depot that I visit.

Product was easy to find because assistance seemed very available. I was greeted at the door and asked if i needed help finding the location of something.

We had an excellent experience purchasing appliances. Mike (from kitchen design) was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This Home Depot is the best of all the Home Depots we have visited. Very friendly, well stocked, and well informed about their products. Fast and efficient when ordering our front doors.

Employees always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Store is always clean and organized. A while ago the store manager went above and beyond to successfully resolve a serious issue I experienced with a lawn tractor ... a brand they no longer carry. More recently the manager also helped to resolve an issue to my satisfaction with a microwave oven where the instruction manual turned out to be incorrect (!) and led to damage to the new unit.

Associate in lumber was annoyed that I had questions. When I told him I needed two 6' boards he said the 8' boards are all the store sells. Less than a minute later while he "helped" (word is being used very loosely) another customer he told the customer the board he had can be cut to size. Apparently in the short time between helping me and helping another customer he miraculously remembered the boards can be cut to size. His poor attitude will keep me from returning to this store.

We went to this Home Depot to look for appliances that were on sale. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He explained how the appliances worked and how to care for them. He gave us some information that we did not previously know. We will continue to shop at Home depot for our future household needs.

Clean store with easy access from parking. Plenty of product in stock. Online purchases also come in damaged which is good.

Really helpful employees!

Friendly, helpful employees. I went in for a grill because my local Home Depot was sold out of the one I wanted. I was surprised to find none in boxes and that they were all assembled. One of the employees explained that they do it as a courtesy. It did take a while for me to purchase because the guy in front of me was buying something at a discount and it required a manager to approve. Other than that it was a quick trip and great experience.

Great customer service. Parking was easy and items listed in stock on the web site were actually in stock!

I had a great time here. I found what i needed promptly and the store was very clean. Diane, who helped me, was kind and very helpful.

Clean and neat. Well stocked.

I ordered blind at home depot. They have a flooring specialist assist me ?? Who does not help with my questions , messes up my address, makes up a email address for me and lies about how long product will take to deliver. They say up to 2 weeks that was 3-3-19 . Now on 3-17-19 I call to see where my blinds are nobody has any idea. They call me back and state that the estimated delivery date is 4-11-19 over a month wait. Completely ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE !!! Poor business practice

The associate working the manual checkout was rude and condescending. Hopefully, this doesn’t characterize the Northville store or the community. We will avoid shopping at this particular store.

I visited this location because there was a toolbox I had interest in purchasing. When I arrived at the store the toolbox was not built. Terry asked if he could help at all, I told him I was there for the toolbox that was not built. Terry took my phone number from me and promised he would have it built as soon as he could. A few hours passed and he built the box for me! I returned to the store and fell in love with the toolbox. Thank you for your hard work!

Greatly appreciate Gregory's help with exterior doors. This is my second and final round in updating all the entrances to my home!

Although the store that I visited is quite a distance from my home, I was in the area so I stopped in to look for some items that I needed for a couple of projects that I have going on. The odds of me going back to that particular store are very slim, however I won't hesitate to go to any Home Depot store, conveniently located in my area, whenever I get a chance.
