I had a extremely positive experience with a worker name Ms Ruby from the Riverdale store. She assisted me from start to finish through my transaction in the store. She provided me the very best in customer service. She was kind, friendly, patient an extremely helpful.

I wish the pro desk here could train the other pro desk in Atlanta GA and suburbs

Shawm greeted me with a smile. As he made my keys, he continue friendly conversation. He stated he like working with his coworker. Thanked me and was very helpful to customers waited in line. Cashier in Garden section was friendly, as well. I will be back.

Never shop here if you are a woman, a Veteran , or not looking to pick up the young women who work there for your own benefit ! You will not get helped , asked if you found anything okay . Nothing . It’s not worth the terrible shopping experience

Every department I went to there was someone who assisted and provided me with great customer service. Even at checkout I was assisted.

It's a bit out of my way but they seem to carry more products than my local stores.

I never thought much about customer service in Home Depot until I received bad service on multiple occasions at another Home Depot. But this store here reminded me that no matter the store the service should always been good. From the phone to the greeters to the associates to the cashier. Hat's off to this team of people!!!

I brough the Frigidaire gas range with the baking probe and the air fryer! This is a great stove. 4 stars because I had to purchase the air fryer rack / tray separately.

The home store was very rememberable Tip the Manager at the time had so much energy I need to borrow you can tell she's very knowledgeable and passionate about her work

I purchased Magic Chef 8.7 cu ft Chest Freezer, great price, great size! Looking forward to stocking it.

About what 3 days ago I made a loaf bed and I'm happy that I was able to get everything i needed at home depot and was also able to get my board cut I really appreciate it

Had what I was looking for

Employee was rude and not willing to assist me with a problem that was Home Depot's fault. Waited almost an hour to speak with a Manager. My time was obviously not important to them. Respectfully requested a call from store Manager and never got a call.

Terrible experience. Employees ate no help and they don't like to move from their position to help customers. Retrain your employees about customer service.
