I have made many purchases through this Home Depot and the customer services are outstanding. All of the associates I have interacted with seem to like their jobs and are eager to help even the most confused shopper. I renovate a lot of homes and they always seem to have everything I need from appliances to flooring or fencing supplies

This has always been a great store for me. Products are in stock that I need, prices are competitive, and the workers are friendly and helpful! I will obviously keep coming back.

We are extremely happy with the customer service of the Santa Maria Home Depot! Marlene in tile and backsplash is an incredible employee. She went out of her way to help us with our backsplash decision. She is very knowledgeable, and she assisted us with patience, professionalism, and friendliness. We were so fortunate to have her help us with our purchase. Dianna, who came out to our home to measure once for carpeting and a second time for our backsplash, was also outstanding, knowledgeable, and very helpful! She went out of her way to assist us and answer questions. Both of these Home Depot employees are exemplary! It is a pleasure to do business at the Santa Maria Home Depot!

Ever since Cynthia took over as manager I have noticed that the store has become brighter And everyone is so happy and chipper. Whatever you’re doing, keep it up!

Special shout-out to Oscar in the Garden center, he climbed all over the racks like a tree monkey and even squeezed in between some huge boxed palms to get pricing on a grouping I couldn't reach. Then there was Todd, who just magically materialized out of thin air to help me load nearly half a pallet of block and a bunch of two by sixes, and unfortunately I didn't catch the sweet gals name who I thought worked in Lighting; turns out she doesn't - she's from shipping and receiving! Did't bother her though, she helped me with all sorts of questions like a pro - and was so pleasant & professional. Now that I think about it, even the guy helping at self check out bent over backwards because it was a pretty awkward load and he was happy and upbeat to do it. Great experience overall! It wasn’t always the case in the past, I don’t know what’s happened here, but please keep doing it because this is how excellent customer service is done. I will of course be completing the survey, and I did call the store and speak to the manager because the service was so far above and beyond, but thought I'd share this great info with anyone looking for great customer service in their home projects.

I almost always choose Home Depot over the other big home improvement store. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I went to the store to find the linking cord for some shop lights. It took 3 phone calls to the store before they finally got someone to come to electrical to "help." This person was not friendly and was only minimally helpful (the item I needed wasn't in stock.) However, there were multiple "orange apron" people wandering around and visiting with each other. The Santa Maria Home Depot needs to up its customer appreciation game!

My experience today at the Home Depot in Santa Maria provided a better shopping experience than I’ve ever had at a large hardware store. From the time I walked in and was welcomed to the checking out process, everyone were great. I was headed towards the irrigation section and was greeted and helped by Tony and Royce. All I can say is WOW! They were great. Helpful and a wealth of information and ideas to help me with my purchase and project. Outstanding customer service!

Gabriel and Chanel made returning a certain item of Breeze they were excellent help

It is a great wholesale. I like go shopping every day if I have time. It is my best place to shop for my daily needs.

I had two of the squish portable night lights and the display said it was 3.00 each when I went to check out one rang up at 14.98 and the other was 3.00 when I let the cashier know what the display said she said it was different even though the box was the same and only the creature was different

I will be shopping here versus the competitors! The store and employees went above and beyond to meet every need. Never a wait in checkout, and I found everything I needed to complete my project the right way! Thank you Santa Maria Home Depot for making it a great success!

Horrible customer service. Got charged $20 more than what I should have and they refused to fix it. The item was on the shelf, with a price tag showing the same name, with many more of the same item, and I got charged an extra $20 and was told there was nothing they could do. I could buy it or not. Great.

I was in the store a few weeks ago and a "customer" was being a total idiot to Tanya at the return desk. He has being overly aggressive and rude. Tanya was firm and respectful and did not back down. She acted how I would want one of my employees to act in that situation.

She rocks and is there to help if you need it. She is knowledge and friendly.

Mike was mad that customer service asked him to bring our order to our car after one hour instead of two. He berated us and was condescending and immature. He picked on my elderly dad. I NEVER leave reviews but he was so awful. I don't want anyone else subjected to his lack of professionalism and nastiness.

Was able to pick up my water heater and had loads of help.

Terry is amazing!! He is always happy and helpful!! He helps me figure out what i need to for certain projects and he makes the experience fun

A few years ago was hard to find sales help...now much more help and appreciated

I'm happy with the shopping but a particular cashier Carol needs more training on how to treat costumers. I'll never get in her line again ever. Rude, disrespectful.

If Cathy Vasquez in flooring is helping you. Asked for someone else this lady has a bad attitude and won’t be of any service . Get some that is happy to work and will answer your Questions if I can rate her a 0 I would

I absolutely love this store. The employees, especially management, always go above and beyond to offer assistance, be helpful, kind, and respectful. Being someone who is always working on some project or another, be that a little home DIY project, so buying a home to remodel and flip, I really appreciate the amazing customer service.

I had an issue with the hardware on the blinds I had purchased. I returned to the store and RT was attentive, kind and willing to help me solve my issue.

I just moved into Santa Maria from Los Angeles first time at this store and was treated like a real customer not just a number. Very Knowledgeable staff and very friendly I Love this store will be back!
