The Paint Department and Customer Service and Henry, who checked us out was Darling!!!

Most always the staff is very friendly and helpful! I love going there and have for years!

I pad to have my dishwasher installed and when I used it for the first time, I got error codes. I tried to call the store but the phone rang and rang and no one answered after 5 minutes so I called back and asked for a manager via voice prompt and got someone using that route.. He wasn't able to get me service, I had to contact the installer and now I must wait 4 days for them to come back to hopefully fix it. I did see parts laying on the dishpan area and that is most likely the problem. I paid a lot for this dishwasher and I am very disappointed in HD's service and quality controls.

Vivian was so wonderful and delightful at the register, if we didn't love home depot already, we certainly do even more so now because of her. Thank you for being you Vivian and thank you home depot for employing such a great person and for having amazing products and incentives.

Helped me find what I needed

After being lost in a few aisles in the store looking for a certain product, an employee named Ethan helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Helped me find the product very quickly, then proceeded to help with the checkout and tell me information about the surrounding area since I was new to the area and needed information. Above and beyond customer service!

I frequent this store about 3-4 times a week and the store employees are always friendly and knowledgeable about their specialties. My most recent project was a compact point hot water heater and they had the expertise and hints that I needed to install it myself.

I’ve been shopping at the cattlemen road location for years and I just love that store. I know where everything is. Is very convenient to get to from where I live to the shop. It’s a great store with friendly and helpful employees. I’m gonna continue to shop there for years to come

I needed an electrical part to finish a project and the inventory was stocked allowing me to get the part.

I purchased a Bosch Induction cooktop from Brian Kass , the Appliace Specialist at the Sarasota Home Depot. He was very helpful with the information regarding my purchase and assured me that I would be happy with my selection and I am happy with it.

Great merchandise and service

STOP restacking bent or twisted lumber back on the racks, customers have to pull it all out, to get to the good wood. either BUY better wood,,,, or throw it out front and get rid of it,,,such a waste of money and time for customers as well as associates.
