Shopped for 2 hours gathering trees, plants and other needs. HD employees sold my 2trees and restocked my items eating my entire morning and leaving me empty handed.

Your employee Quincy is a Master Colorist!!! I bought a front door in red from Home Depot over 10 years ago. The door has taken some licks and is beginning to chip but it's still a beautiful door. I took a picture of the door and showed it to Quincy, and he was able to match the color perfectly! He was assisting about 6 other customers simultaneously by himself. Everyone had good things to say about his great attitude while we all waited. He was very attentive and kind to everyone.

I went to the store to purchase fertilizer, saw the attached sign about a free offer with the very fertilizer I came in to buy, loaded it in my basket, and went to check out. There I was informed by someone who seemed to be in charge of the checkers that the sign was “wrong,” and that, if fact, someone had “tried to use it yesterday.” If Home Depot chooses not to honor their sales, then they should take down the signs! I won’t go there again!

I went in to buy cleaning supplies and shopped longer than I was planning on because of the clean and organized shelves. Every Home Depot should be like this Skillman store!

I was looking for a chair for my porch and Kelvin, Zach, and Mike absolutely blew it out of the water! I don’t know what I would have done without their help.

Went in & was helped out by an amazing Woman Shereka! Was super helpful & sweet will definitely be back just cause of how awesome she was !

Came for something simple, respectfully asked a few employees where i could find a product, once I found what was needed i wanted to speak to a store manger, once by the offices i asked for Ms. D as i was told to ask for, i was respnded to with a shew away hand gesture and “she busy you gonna have to shew” waving his hands Mr. Kelvin store manager of 6804 never asked what my needs were or if he could help me. Instead i asked “i have to leave” he responded “is that what i said, then yea” I reminded him i needed to speak to ms d he said “well she’ll be about 2 hours if u want to wait” very disrespectful and rude. He continues to reject any type of question for help i ask. I left very upset and surprised a store manger spoke to me that way. I wouldn’t be surprised if he spoke to employees and other customers like this. Very disappointed with the way i was treated and with my experience at store 6804. I will definitely be posting this online and making sure none of my close friends or family go to this store.

It was around 830 at night when I went in to buy a few things, my son is autistic and every time I ask for help I kept getting redirected from aisle to aisle. There were boxes everywhere and maybe it was a restock night but every time I ask for help the employees seem frustrated again my son is autistic so he was getting overwhelmed and he was making somewhat of noise but nothing too loud or crazy and I just felt like they were getting bothered because he was making noise.

I had a cashier take an item out of my bag and ask if I paid for this item. When I showed her the receipt and that I had in fact paid for this item. She just sort of tossed it back to me and walks off

I purchased over $600 of scrubs, for a landscape job, paid in ful and plants were tagged to be held for my project. When I went to pick up scrubs they had been resold to someone else, in spite of I paying full for them. Management is VERY poor, I had receipts showing it had all been paid for! Be ware if you purchase something take it with you at time of sale, do not trust the staff !

I do not have the words to describe my Home Depot visit today. Hands down the best Home Depot experience ever and top 5 customer service experiences of my life. The team here was extremely helpful and focused on helping me problem solve. Hats off to the employees in this store!

The Home Depot Landscape Store on Skillman in Dallas has beautiful landscape plants. The people that work in the store are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. They clearly enjoy their positions and are immensely helpful. I highly recommend making this a first stop for gardening purchases.

Irene was very helpful checking me out at cash register. Also, the cashier at return desk was very helpful. The cashiers that work at this particular store have always been awesome!!

After a couple days and visiting several stores in search of propane, I decided to go to this location near my job. I'm so happy I did. Customer service was consistently amazing and they had plenty of the item I needed in stock. It was not in the store but the self-check out clerk instructed me to go to the garden center. I found my item, but needed help with my CC since they did not accept Google Pay and I had lost my card. They all worked to get me checked out using my card number. Great store and service.

If you want or need personal attention, this is the store to visit. Thanks Home Depot for such a wonderful experience.

Ana, Celeste, Christina, and Shereka have always helped me and made me feel welcome when I come into the store. They go above and beyond with their positivity to give me a good shopping experience and they always get me what I need to finish my orders. Thanks so much to them for making me want to shop here!

James listened to my valid frustrations and found a solution. I was ready to stop shopping at Home Depot for good. Once he came up with a great solution to restore my faith in Home Depot, I was a happy customer again. Thank you so much for caring and treating me special. I had just spent a lot of money on moving supplies so it was nice to feel like someone cared. Please train others to be more like James and Christian. Christian helped me choose a rug for my new place. He jumped into action and asked to help me. His enthusiasm was refreshing.

The staff at this store was very friendly and polite. If the store was not so far from my house I would use it all the time.

Checkers are lazy, un-knowledgeable and rude. Supervisors are worse and don’t lift a finger to assist with a problem. They just want you out of the store.

The team was SO awesome helping me get these huge shelves loaded into my car. Each one weighed over 100lbs and I had three of them. Not only did they help me out but they were so much fun! Shout out to Michael (loader), Lakeisha and Shereka — the absolute best! Skillman/Dallas/Home Depot

The Skillman Home Depot is the friendliest, most helpful store in Dallas. As satisfying as shopping in a small town establishment, but with a far greater inventory. Have shopped for ranges, refrigerators, washer/dryers, doors, paint and everything in between and found their products to be very reliable. They have been my "go to" store since they opened decades ago.

If you ever need help int he plumbing section ask for Randy! Expert knowledge and eager to assist.
