I LOVED my old neighborhood hardware store and new I'd missed it when I moved. Well I do miss it because I miss those guys. Yet while I'm definitely a quality over quantity kind of guy, I find at Home Depot SLP I get the same neighborhood store service, plus a huge selection. Cuts down on my trips - and to think of it, that cuts down on my fuel burning (emissions), too!

Noisy...kill the piped in music

Joe was SO helpful, he really went above and beyond to help us get the right kind of shelving, and also helped us locate things outside of his flooring expertise! He was so friendly and helpful, not to mention had a great sense of humor! Calvin also was very patient with us as we had to suspend our transaction to go cut out molding to length.

Ryan the store and the employees where fantastic in help my wife purchase a new grill and helping us load it into our vehicle. Thank you Home Depot for the wonderful experience.

If you are lucky enough to run into Kevin in a Milwaukee shirt, you will have no problem finding the products you need.

If you're shopping for Flooring, ask for Dave in the department. He's helpful and offers good solutions. He's one of the reasons I purchased the carpet from Home Depot and this location even though another HD was a little closer.

Love my HOME DEPOT. Employees are always willing to go the extra mile for you..

Prodesk service the best

This store has a great team in each department. I’ve been to all the other HomDepot stores and they just compare to the Saint Louis Park staff. Keep up the good work guys!

Great team at Pro Desk Area

I was in the market for a new kitchen sink faucet. I was taking a look at the display Faucets and the Setra Kohler Kitchen faucet caught my eye. The price labeled for the display was $39.99 at the register it rang up at a higher price. I spoke with an associate and he tried to remove the tag and then I asked for a manager, a manager yeah it is labeled wrong but there is no way you’re getting it for that price. I requested the store manager, he went to retrieve an assistant store manager and she refused to come speak to me and had the regular manager relay her statement of no we can’t honor that price. Home Depot mislabeled a display product. EVERY other large retailer honors mislabeled products but not Home Depot, even though it is misleading and false advertisement. I called the store while in store and ask to speak with the assistant store manager Katie and she still refused to acknowledge fault and extreme lack of customer service.

Product displays set up in the isles and most employees not properly wearing masks made for an unsafe shopping experience during the pandemic.

I ordered an item online to pick up in store. Went to the store shortly thereafter. The ordered item was not yet in the pick up area. But the associate went and got the item directly off the shelf. Very helpful and professional. Great customer service.

Staff at this store are very familiar with their product lines and helpful in explaining and finding the products and tools needed. These folks here are outstanding I think, it was like shopping at a family operated neighborhood hardware store!

The Home Depot in St Louis Park has everything we need, it's clean, the employees are friendly and helpful. I am very impressed but the overall quality.

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mara greeted me upon my entrance to the store and was a ray of sunshine at the start of my shopping trip. Kathy was so very helpful in assisting me in the window coverings section. Ron was so kind and knowledgeable when assisting me in purchasing custom paint. And to top off my visit, Kari the cashier was one of the most genuinely friendly cashiers I've ever come across. I needed to do a return and she went above and beyond in assisting me with my curtain rods. They truly are GEMS in this store! Customer service can seem so lacking at times when shopping around but they all truly shined and were genuinely kind and helpful. They are the employees everyone wants to have represent their companies! I appreciate them and look forward to shopping at this location due in part to them.

Always clean and helpful staff. I have been remodeling my 1950s home for the last couple of years and this has been my go to store. Their paint department has the most friendliest staff.

I stopped at the HD in SLP to purchase a toilet and get installation scheduled. Jill assisted with the installation and set expectations that I likely wouldn't get a call to set this up for a few days. I asked if I were able to find someone to do it sooner if I could cancel, she assured me I could. I was able to find someone to do this, went back to the store the following day and Lisa was working, found Jill for me, Jill helped to cancel the installation. I then interacted with several people ending with Ron who assisted with helping me get the toilet off the shelf. Ron answered all my questions, and even pushed the cart to the cashier for me. The cashier Sandi was very helpful and friendly, she found two other associates who helped lift the toilet into the back of my car. This was a great experience and wonderful customer service!

I had a great experience at this Home Depot last week when I needed advice on a type of wood and a method of cutting it. The employee was super knowledgable and took the time to sort out different options and ask me the right questions to make a solid recommendation. I really appreciated this help

Unfortunately, the congestion created by Costco shoppers forces to plan my trips to Home Depot, (when Costco is not open).

Easily my favorite location. They’re a cut above when it comes to customer service.
