This location would have received a better rating if the associate had pause his stocking of the shelves and gotten off his butt so I could have purchased the correct bolt which would have avoided me making a return trip to get the right bolt and wasting time with an ugly review. The store was deserted at 745am. There was no reason the associated couldn't have helped. This was after my direct face to face request for help.

Cathy at the pro desk is extremely personable, patient, and helpful.

Nadine the cashier was awesome! She saw that i was looking for something and went out of her way to explain where it was and how it works. She is the best.

Cathy & Steve (Pro Delivery) listened to my needs and then provided me with everything I needed for my project and then set up delivery around my schedule. What a great team!

I love the employees. They are kind, professional, fun to talk to, look buttoned up and take care of themselves and their customers. It’s a joy to interact with them and they are so helpful. Today, someone working in the gardening section, his name was Sean (or Shawn). He was so incredibly helpful and made my day while my sister and I were shopping for a power washer for Father’s Day. And that’s just one example. I always have a great experience at this location and with this staff.

This store was a mess, about half of all display items were broken, and there was no one around to help me.

My husband and I shop at Home Depot often. It is the place to go for all our needs with the exception of buying groceries! Everything is clean and organized and the employees are friendly and helpful. We are very happy that we don't live too far away and that the store hours are convenient. We love our local Home Depot store!

Yesterday I walked into The Home Depot, hoping that someone there would have a bit of knowledge about the plants and flowers available (versus a cheaper competitor). The Garden Center outdoor help/cashier plainly told me that she doesn't know anything about gardening or even which products were available. Being on the opposite end of a plant/gardening aficionado myself, I had already walked amongst the racks of options in search of some mosquito-repellant potted plants and flowers, only to discover the search trying. The woman on the floor made no effort to help, other than to, at a loss, direct me indoors. No doubt she could see me instantly turn disagreeable. I wandered back through the aisles, hoping something would jump out at me to no avail. When I walked past her she asked if I had found anything and I simply said "no" and continued walking toward the back of the garden area. She calls after me then and shows me on her phone that she looked up a certain item and it shows they don't have it in the store. By this time, it didn't matter. I had wasted my precious morning wandering around to no satisfaction. Had she begun by helping me, perhaps it would not have been such a miserable experience. It doesn't stop there, however. Indoors, 3 or 4 people are standing around with one of them climbing up a stock ladder and one of them dragging some metal shelf full of products across the concrete floor. The commotion and noise combined were like nails on a chalkboard. All I wanted was to peruse the 3 rows of plants they had displayed, but no one so much as budged to move out of my way as I tried to maneuver the cart in between and around the gossiping group. I finally make my way to the pot/planter aisle, where 3 employees are arguing about the importance of which of their jobs needs to get completed first. I ignore them and continue browsing the pots, careful not to back into the random grill parked behind me when all of the sudden I catch it moving out of the corner of my eye and see one of the Arguers lugging it sort of toward me as he maneuvered it into a position in which he could push it out of the aisle. He caught my eye as I guardedly eyed the grill, ensuring he didn't accidentally run into me, and he kindly asked if I was finding everything okay. Although I had a lot or responses on the tip of my tongue, I simply said, "yes." The store is fortunate that I purchased anything at all. Other Home Depot stores have also been just as inconsiderate and unhelpful. I will not be shopping any Home Depot again.

Store is conviently located from my home and usually has in stock the items I wish to purchase.

Raina is amazing!. She literally destroyed my plans and started fresh and made everything more simple, easy and straight forward. I saw a lot of flaws in my idea when she did everything from scratch.

The Cashier named Jolie was Outstanding helping me out today and this young lady was very Polite, something you just don't see much of anymore in stores.

I was looking for some material to start flowers for my yard. I went to the service desk by the enterance and talked to a lady named Lisa. After a brief discussion, she said jiffy pods would be perfect to start, and recommend a little "green house" type of product, and it came with 12 pods, which was perfect.

Stock was placed in the way of aisles and a couple pallet jack operators were rude and made me move for them as I was searching for product that wasn't there. Usually when someone asks where something is since this is the only Home Depot that isn't set up like all the others in the area. You have to constantly ask where stuff is located.
