This store meets my needs when I have projects to complete

I needed cleaning supplies and that was the very first thing in front of the store so I didn't not walk much great set up.

I really Appreciate that home depot have cleaning supplies and toilet paper.

Was picking up curbside items at pro desk exit and needed 2 additional items I had forgotten to put on the original order. Emily R allowed me to stay parked where my truck and ADA father were visible while I took 3-4 minutes to retrieve and pay for the items. Jason R noticed a few defects in the a couple of boards and one of the landscape timbers and retrieved quality replacements from opposite ends of the store while I got the forgotten items. Both associates went above and beyond with "Genuine" smiles.

This Home Depot is within walking distance from our new home in Summerwood. It’s an awesome store well stocked, neat and just full of kind and happy people willing to help. We felt right at home. Thank you.

I wanted to speak with the employee that helped me choose a door. However. I was hung up on THREE times trying to get thru to this person. Very, very frustrating! It makes me not want to go back.

I went in to purchase the 12ft skeleton. Online it showed it was out of stock but once I arrived Linda went above and beyond to check if they had them in store. Needles to say after about 20 minutes I was purchasing my 12 ft skeleton. Linda was so helpful. Also the manager, I believe her name is Toys or Latoya, not sure, but she was so helpful also. The cashier that checked me out, Alba, was also very friendly. To the guys that helped load the item in my vehicle. All were so helpful and couldn’t be more happy with my experience and purchase. Thank you!

Blake from the lumber department was very helpful and understood exactly the ideas I had came in with and knew how to assist! Not only this but made the experience very welcoming/ comforting, normally I’m hesitant on walking into a building where it’s known as a ‘man’s’ store. 10/10 would go back to him for any future assistance I would need.

I was very impressed of how he multi-tasked very professionally and greeted other customers with a pleasant smile and a great attitude. He was truly genuinely interested in helping me find items that met my needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. self checkout employee are stubborn and have poor customer service when ask for help. Worst Home Depot place that I've been.
