Staff has always been extremely helpful at this location. Makes the worry about gathering large items less as they always help with loading and are very accommodating.

Paulette the manager and forum save my sake I’ve been a customer of Home Depot for over 20 years spent hundreds and hundreds and hundreds or thousands of dollars never have I been treated so poorly and never have I interacted with such incompetent people for the simple install of a storm door. Staff need to go to customer service training and focus, it’ll be a while before I’ll go back in the store again. I was very disappointed. I just moved here.

While I didn't find a product I was looking for (bird bath water pump) like I saw on TikTok, Stuart took the time to show me what isle and what they had in stock. He showed genuine interest in my search and explained functions of their products.

If you have challenges finding an employee to help load heavy garden items into your car, I have found that the managers are very responsive and try to correct all issues.

Last building material deliver had damaged sheetrock do to strapping not having corner guards. Jennifer, Grace Anne and Jessicah are superbe in their interaction with customers.

Everything was fine until we were being checked out. The cashier was constantly looking at her cell phone and barely paying attention to us. This is the second time I have seen it but this time was the only time while literally checking us out the cashier was texting. Is this a new thing?

We are so glad that we keep going to Home Depot. The store is clean and everyone is so friendly. We really value the military discount. We were looking for an appliance and got knowledgable assistance that let us make the perfect decision. We will keep returning!

Electrical wiring is locked in a cage and no employees are available to open it. I spent 45 minutes looking for an employee, going to customer service twice trying to get help and then waiting more before someone finally came. The electrical employee was both unknowledgeable and uninterested. When I explained I needed at the end of a 300 ft. run and asked whether I should use 14/2 or 12/2, he said, "I wouldn't worry about it." Unprofessional and incompetent! Usually, the only option for check-out, which is a real pain for large items like lumber since everyone is clustered into one area. These have been my experiences for at least two years at this location.

Could not ask for a better shopping experience ! Any where in any store in the region.

I realize that we are definitely not in the rush season which makes this review really hard. I’m handicapped but needed 8 large bags of mulch for just planted evergreens. I stopped and asked did I physically needed to go to the Garden Center (GC) to get and pay for the mulch. I was instructed that it should be done there in front and the staff of the GC would bring it there and load it there. The GC fencing was locked during off season. It took over 20+ minuets to find the GC staff who had been called about the order and not even started to pull the product. And, a 77 yr old friend who knows my limitations, walked all the way thru the store, found the GC staff and got them to pull the product. He even had to assist the GC staff person to load the 8 bags into my truck. It certainly not one of the most stellar experiences I’ve had there. Maybe it was just one of those days but hopefully things will improve. As a handicapped person with very limited energy level and much difficulty navigating thru stores, I have spent years on both the Governor's Task Force and Boards of National Associations for the Handicapped. We (meaning handicapped persons) only need some help from time to time but we also so deeply need to feel as independent as possible. We are not our disease, we are humans capable of learning, loving, contributing back to this world to make it a better place for all! Thank you for understanding.

We visited to pick a new refrigerator. There was a great selection of products. They were well organized. The sales specialist, Brian, did not pressure us. He gave us the space to look around ourselves, but was available to answer our questions. It was a very low stress experience. He explained each step in detail from day prior to and day of delivery, along with the correct course of action if the product was damaged. He was very clear and conscise in explaining the warranty and coverage plans. This is the location for all other Home Depots to emulate.

Over the last couple of years the customer service has improved greatly. There was a time when I was looking for an item and was told by a sales person Home Depot didn’t have it but I kept looking and found it myself.

I selected Home Depot for a major reflooring project in my home. The associates in the flooring department were very knowledgeable and helpful in developing my hardwood and LVP package and quote. The delivery had to be rescheduled which was inconvenient and I opted to pick-up the hardwood myself to insure it was on-site and conditioned 3 days prior to the installation. The hardwood installation was performed by Romanoff which is a Home Depot exclusive contractor. The crew did a great job; on time, fast, high quality workmanship, cleaned-up afterwards. The LVP job was 1,300 sq ft upstairs and was done by a different Romanoff crew. They completed the job in 1.5 days and with high quality workmanship and clean-up. Lastly, the unused materials were returned for credit. GraceAnn and Megan handled this at the Customer Service Desk and both were very accommodating and pleasant despite the numerous items that were involved. Highly recommend Home Depot flooring and this store in particular!

SAD that a US MILITARY VETERAN needs an Email address and internet connection to receive a MILITARY Discount from Homedepot. Oh, and smartphone My dad does say he would NOT recommend a friend to homedepot because of this experience.

Customer Service staff at the counter is ALWAYS friendly, personal, and helpful when picking up special orders.

I went through in need of a piece of foam pipe covering and spray foam to cover a pipe from my HVAC unit to the brick foundation.. I had no idea where to look for these items. Thankfully an employee named Steve took the time to escort me around the store checking with associates until we found the two items I needed.
