Please review the cheaper models of electric dryers, a cheap GE was not drying properly and the vent screen was way too small and letting lint gather in the exit tube!

I had the pleasure of working with Tom Kennedy in the Appliance Dept. at the HD on Broadway and Pantano when I purchased all new appliances for my kitchen. He was knowledgeable and really helpful! Over and above!!!

I have noticed more employees on the floor asking if you need help. Catalina in customer service was caring and very helpful. Then in carpet Lisa was very helpful and completed my order for carpet. Liz normally helps me in carpet, but it was her day off. She is also always very helpful.

This Memorial day, I went in looking at the Sales items and was shown a wide array of items. We got a new Dryer with great features at a great price!

We just move to Arizona last January this year and went to Home Depot Tucson location many times due to our home projects and bought lot of things for our new home but we encountered many problems and staff attitude of this location and try to move to different locations and it’s better. Unfortunately I don’t take photos or videos of the conversations I don’t want to offend staff that works there but they need to be suspended due to really bad attitude to their customer. I understand they are tired and overwhelmed but this is not the customers fault but treated nasty by staff.

Home Depot is my one-shop garden and construction place... They offer a variety of most items I need and the quality is good.

We were happy with the shopping experience we had in January, so came back again in April to buy a matching appliance. Very professional staff.

Terry Lee in our local Tucson store was very courteous and helpful in finding us the right refrigerator/freezer that would fit our needs.

First : 5 Stars to the seller in Homedepot, friendly and professional 2nd : ZERO STARS for the RUDE installers, NO RESPECT for property, or inside your house, banging the washer/dryer machines like dont care (PLUSE ATTITUDE)

I’ve noticed that the expertise in the various departments has improved over the past year or two. Folks are more eager to assist than in years past.

I am building an addition to my home and needed a lot of assistance with choosing the right supplies. The staff was patient, kind and helpful throughout the process.

Bought a stove here the other evening and Jeanne Connelly was extremely helpful. She knew her stuff and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. We even went back to purchase a refrigerator unfortunately she wasn’t. However, the gentleman who helped us was very good as well. All around good experience.

Excellent service and knowledgeable sale person when refrigerator shopping. Tom Kennedy was the best! Better information and sales support than other local appliance stores that I have visited recently for a remodeling project.

Emery M. was super helpful during my recent trip to look for and purchase carpet for my house. He right away came up to help me and then sat with me for 20 minutes to put the order through and figure out exactly what I needed and make an appointment for measurement. Very smooth experience.

Went is today to buy a specific freezer. The salesperson (twk981) brought us too it. We noticed that the displayed price was higher than the internet price and told the salesperson. He called his supervisor and got us the internet price. WHAT A GUY. Throughout out interaction, the salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. Reall nice guy.

We bought a 4-piece kitchen appliance bundle at Home Depot. Our sales associate Tom K. was super friendly and helpful. We’ve always shopped at more typical appliance stores in the past, so it was a pleasant experience shopping at Home Depot now that these other tires of stores aren’t as common.

Ridged portable chop saw cart. Model AC9946. I have many Rigid power tools and this is just one more example of excellence in the Rigid line of power tools. Top quality and backed up by Home Depot makes this line of tools soar above all others.

PURCHASE A DRYER WITH EASE AND EFFICIENCY

Was assisted end to end in searching for and picking out specific PVC plumbing materials which is not usual for this or any Home Depots I've visited in the past.

Greeter went out of his way to get me a cart. The check out person offered to pack my garden items to make it more convenient for me.

Tom Kennedy in the home appliances dept was extremely helpful with choosing our new dishwasher!
