We are so excited to receive our new washer and dryer! We applied for credit and in 5 minutes we were approved!! Customer Service was amazing and made this purchase as simple as 1, 2, 3!! The service desk employee, Melissa, was very accommodating to my request in calling for my purchase to be paid with a credit card over the phone from someone I was picking up the order for. The employee in the dehumidifiers section was very kind and asked if I needed help. He led me right to the product I was interested in, and he loaded it in my cart right away. I purchased this expansion tank for my hot water heater. Installed it right away. It was easy to do. No problems.

Today while shopping at Home Depot, Uniontown, I was by myself with my three kids 6 and younger. I had never purchased an artificial tree before so I asked for help with choosing one. Chris, the assistant manager, came to help me. He was so knowledgeable, and explained all the differences the trees had. I was comparing them after he had told me the differences and my little ones were too excited to see the Christmas decorations to stand by me. Chris went right over to them and started playing saying "mom, we're right here!" I was able to FaceTime my husband and show him the tree, while Chris played with my kids. Afterwards, I asked Chris to speak to his manager to let him know how amazing he was with us. I did speak to the manager, and he thanked me for telling him about Chris. At checkout, Chris even asked if he could push my kids around in the "car buggy" while I finished the transaction. I hugged him and told him how thankful I was for him and that he made my shopping experience so much easier. I wish everyone could have this experience! Chris, I hope you see this and know what an absolute angel you were. A godsend on my stressful shopping trip! We will always think of you when we put our new tree up!

I always see the parking space closest to entrance. It turns out to be reserved for online pickup.

The employees at this location are outstanding. I had to drove over an hour to purchase a door after the WV location told me to go elsewhere for a door.

My husband and I visited the store and found what we needed quickly. The wiring that my husband needed was locked in a locker type area. A lady helped us and walked us to the check out area with the wiring. The cashier was courteous and efficient. We had a wonderful experience even with the other customers.

Went in looking for a power washer, found what I was looking for and at a better price than expected.

bought a microwave 2 hours ago for 89.00 2 hours later got on website and there sits the microwave for 69.00 .. i carry a balance with you guys on your card and thats the thanks you guys give to a good customer called customer service and they told me it was a website price only and i said so i should bring it back and order it online .. and the nasty lady at customer service said that would be up to you if you want to do that

Awesome store overall, all it needs are checkout counters at the other entrance of the store.

Ordered four doors. 32x80 LH opening, 30x80 RH opening, 30x80 bifold and one special order 20x80 LH opening. I received three 30x80 LH opening doors. Door left at end of driveway, should have been placed in front of garage.

I had looked through the entire store for a specific item and finally approached someone for help. Perry went above and beyond expectations and we finally stumbled upping the last one, even though 14 were suppose to be in stock. The one piece of feedback I do have is the store was super unorganized and messy. I hope they can get a bit more organization in the store.

If you haven’t shopped at Home Depot in Uniontown lately, I suggest you do an ask for the most amazing customer service representative name, Maddie. No matter what you need, no matter what your questions are she will either answer herself, go to the computer and get the specific information, and or contact her manager, or another expert to get the answer for you. I’ve had a great pleasure of shopping in town for many years, but this was customer service beyond! God bless you, Maddie keep up the amazing work, and never forget you make a difference. I could tell you were literally smiling through the whole transaction you lead by example.
