The store was well stocked with lumber which I was looking as compared to other large lumber outlet stores in the area. the prices were a bit lower. had everything I was looking for and a good supply of alternative options as well. Employees are always willing and eager to assist.

The Uniontown store is full of friendly associates whenever I have an item I can't find I can usually count on someone helping me to get what I need

Didn't receive a book or cord with the snowblower. When we called there was no satisfaction. Heard employees in background laughing & not taking care of us. Were supposed to call to let us know what was happening but didn't receive a call . All they wanted to know is if we wanted to return the product. .

I can always easily-locate items in HD Store#: 4172 (in Uniontown, PA) and employees ARE MUCH MORE HELPFUL if I need occasional assistance to locate items. In my experience and opinion--the EMPLOYEES OF THIS HOME DEPOT are much more knowledgeable and available to assist the customer THAN THAT OTHER, COMPETITIVE "BIG-BOX" HOME WAREHOUSE STORE in Uniontown, PA.

I find the employees threw out the store to be very helpful. Friendly and willing to help. Answer all of your questions. If an employee doesn't know the product they will direct you to someone who dose. When an employee calls another employee to help you it did not take that person long to show up. Some stores you may wait for some time or you may have to request a second time and wait again. Not in my case in this store. Thank you!

If you are a contractor that uses the pro desk, it can be a slow process. They have one guy that is properly trained and does a great job, however if he is not there then the place is a train wreck. They need to train more clerks to be able to check out customers and used the text to confirm feature.

The last several times we’ve been to our local Home Depot store have been awful. Associates act like you’re doing them a favor by being there! Out of stock situation is horrible! ..... And I don't mean items related to COVID!

I give this store a five star review.

Employees just stare at you and don't offer to help. The lumber yard is a mess (products mixed together, in the wrong places, wrong tags, etc). Then they refuse to run the panel saw.

The management is not enforcing wearing masks. I felt uncomfortable passing people without masks.

Was in the store and the employees were not stopping people from entering the store without masks. Even some of the employees were not wearing masks. It's a Pa law that you must wear masks.

Very nice store, well stocked as usual. I didn't require any help on this trip, but when I do, the staff is generally helpful. My cashier, Nancy, was fast and friendly, but I did not need her stapling a reminder onto my receipt, soliciting positive feedback about my visit in general and her service in particular. I'm not sure if this is a Home Depot program, or it happens in this store only, but please just give great service. If I'm impressed by your service, I will let someone at Home Depot know about it. I do not want nor need a form basically begging for great feedback. If this is a Home Depot program, I would like it to stop. I wish to reiterate that Nancy the cashier was very nice, friendly and helpful - she did her job well. But when I go back to this particular store, it will be because of overall service and selection, not because of some solicitation form.

Great Customer Service

Nice store but sooo hard to get help in the depts. Need to walk all over store to find someone to call for someone from that dept. This store does not give discount to veterans unless on holidays or if 100%disabled. Been to other HD stores and they gladly give it. 10% big deal to me not them.

We were in need of a replacement outdoor power equipment item, and an employee at the store was able to answer my questions about the item I wanted to purchase. He even went so far as to partially disassemble the unit to help me understand its function better. That in itself made a lasting impression on my wife and me.

Our experience has always been a pleasant experience. There sales and clearances are unbeatable! The store is always neat in appearance. The employees are always ready to assist.

The associate in appliances was fantastic to work with. Pierre was very helpful as we were choosing multiple appliances. We then spoke with another associate, whom we later found out was an assistant manager, about a few other items. He as well was very helpful. I thought that purchasing multiple appliances and such would be stressful but with thier help it wa a good experience. I will definitely make this store my go to store!

Uniontown Home Depot was well stocked and clean. Bought a item unable to find elsewhere. All associates were friendly and helpful,giving assistance in finding what I was looking for.
