If you need help with anything and deal with someone who is knowledgeable, always has a smile and willing to help. She is the Lady you want to see. I love going to this Home Depot. The team they have is awesome and very helpful.

A clerk that was on his way off the floor to go home stayed extra to help me get material from a high shelf.

Mike in the garden area was extremely helpful loading mulch on three visits and Alec helped on my other visits. Both of these men , especially Mike was very helpful and a model employee for Home Depot. Nice to see….Keep up the good work!

We were in the Venice location yesterday and all employees, from the moment we walked through the door ,were pleasant and readily available to assist! We were assisted by a great associate in the lighting department. I can't recall her name, but she went above and beyond to understand and help to identify a solution for our issue.

Unexpected quantity of inventory. Was very surprised to find so much materials available to repair damage from hurricane Ian. Gutters, all kinds of wood, plastic sheeting ready to go.

The Garden Dept. Associates are very Customer Service oriented and are always asking if they can help with your purchase or help loading it into your car or truck.

The only store I have been to in the last several months that have enough employees and who really give service.

I bought my drills from this location Makita Drills and I am very satisfied with them. They work great and i recommend them to anyone.

In the past it was always easy to return unused building material because it is better to purchase more than you need than to need more and have it be discontinued or out of stock...well forget it now because HD no longer gives store credit for items if you misplace the receipt and you can't return after 90 days WITH a receipt. I do not always complete an entire project in 90 days!

If I ask for help, they actually take me to that specific aisle. Never fail to exceed my expectations. Customer service employees also very helpful...No nonsense when having to return an item...

I lost my debit card used to purchase something 2 weeks ago. Barbara went through all the necessary protocol of a return policy but upon understanding my story had management come in and give me a cash return. The total was around $16

My husband and I shopped at this store last night and had a terrible experience with A female associate who worked in kitchen cabinets. We asked her to assist us in appliances and she told us we need to go to the front of the store and speak with the assistant manager. The Customer Service employee at the front of the store did assist us and told us that it was not up to the assistant manager to do what we needed but rather an associate. Once she figured out the issue and needed to call the assistant manager for his authorization we unfortunately were greeted by James. He is an assistant manager or so we were told. He was rude and told us to find the employee that had helped us prior as it was his issue. Greg who had told us the information prior according to James was wrong and since he was wrong he could now deal with us. he seemed much more interested in closing down the register than helping us. The employees that went above and beyond to assist us are Greg Who initially sold us our appliances the employee who went and found Richard, the assistant manager and together the three of them resolved our issue. The stand out employee in this situation was Richard your assistant manager, he understands the importance of listening to a customer concern and immediately offer suggestions for the resolve. You should seriously consider Richard for a Promotion to store manager. You should also put James the assistant manager at the front back in training.

Home depot is always our to go place shopping for home improvement materials, plants and even seasonal decorations. Reasonable prices and good quality products.

The employees Richard, Amber, and Lily were very helpful and professional through my purchase.
