Cluttered and hard to navigate due to displays, pallets and restocking carts placed in the middle of the aisle midday. Barely ADA compliant.

I always enjoy coming to this location. Everyone is extremely eager to assist.

The store was low on products in the plumbing department. The employees in the plumbing deportment lack knowledge within that trade. I had to make 4 trips and was given different parts each time and I returned what was not needed. I even showed photos of my plumbing issue to the employee's in the plumbing department, and thy still gave me the wrong parts. After my 4th trip they did not have what I needed. Left Home Depot very frustrated and disappointed.

Sometimes feels cluttered in the garden area.

For a smaller sized store compared to the Super Home Depot a few miles up the road, it is always well stocked. They get you in & out in a jiffy!

Honest, friendly, knowledgeable employees! I didn’t realize I had dropped my debit card at checkout. After I departed the store, the cashier found the card, immediately secured the card with her supervisor/manager, who then placed the card in their safe! I am so pleased to encounter such honest people!

Tyrone Home Depot is the most wonderful store to visit in Pinellas County, Florida even if you're just interested in browsing for future projects or to get ideas for same. The Employees aren't merely Professional Workers, they're also Courteous, xtra friendly and bery helpful. They keep this Home Depot clean and shelves fully stocked. No matter how confused I might be, they'll take the time to understand what I'm needing. They're Quite patient with us Senior Citizens. I wish my family members could be trained to conduct themselves as the Home Depot Employees at Tyrone area do. God Bless their Staff Members!

The Tyrone Home Depot is the cleanest, safest, most well stocked store in all of Pinellas County. Furthermore, the Employees are always busy, cleaning(for everyone's safety; keeping the shelves stocked(neatly & clean), and always being attentative to the customers needs. Though they're busy working, they don't hesitate to stop what they're doing inorder to help us. They do it w/o complaint. In the most friendly way. What awesome attitudes these staff members of home depot have! Someone is doing an incredible job hiring these exceptional men & women. My favorite place to be. I love this store and the staff has earned our love.

I was at this store on Tyrone in St Petersburg FL. An associate helped me load up 48 boards from a bin that had a price marked at $10.47, I pretty much took all the boards from the bin (I needed 96 total for my project) and I never looked at my receipt, I just paid the total when it was rung up and left. I looked at the website the following day to see if they had restocked the boards as I needed the additional 48 boards and noticed that the boards I bought the day before had dropped in price to $9.47 and were back in stock. So, I went to pick up the additional 48 boards, but they only had 32 that I wanted, so I loaded them up and went to 22nd street store to get the additional 16. After I unloaded the boards back at home, I decided to go back to the Tyrone store to see if I could get the boards I purchased the day before at the new lower price. I was told by customer service that the boards are still at the $11.47 price and the price didn't go down. I then looked at my receipt for the 32 boards I just bought, and the 16 boards I just bought from the 22nd street store and I was charged $11.47 for those boards as well. Confused, I went back to the bin where I loaded up the boards to recheck the price, and sure enough, the price was $9.47. The boards I bought were supposed to be in the bin next to it I guess, they are the exact same dimensions and both were pine, but one is "premium" and other was not. Funny thing is, I looked at the premium boards as they didn't have enough of the boards I was purchasing, but I wasn't sure of the difference looking at them, other than the bar code tag on the boards I bought were white, the premium bin were orange so I didn't want to mix them thinking they would "age" differently and look odd, which is why I went to the 22nd street store to get the additional less expensive boards in the first place. The associate that helped me load the first purchase of 48 was also working when I went back to check on the on the price discrepancy, he was like, yep, that is the bin, not sure why the price was different and went to get the manager on duty. The manager came out and talked to me and I explained the situation. He scanned the remaining boards that was there (they were slightly damaged so I didn't take them), then looked at my receipts and said I got the premium boards which were better as was hoping that was it. I questioned him on that as did the associate stating that I pulled all those boards from the bin marked at the lower price, and that he helped me do it the day before. The bar code on the boards from the bin I pulled from were all white, from the first purchase of 48 and the additional 32, including the 16 from the other store, the other boards in the premium bin had an orange bar code tag and I pointed that out. The manager then stated he would only honor one of the three receipts I had at the stated price but not the entire 96. Mind you, the 22nd street store had the exact same boards misplaced in the lower priced bin as well. I told him he should call the other store to tell them they also mixed it up. Anyway, had the price not changed on the homedepot.com website, I don't think I would have noticed that I was "over charged" on these purchases and I'm rather surprised they didn't make it right when I brought it to their attention. It's not like it was a Dewalt drill at the Ryobi price, or pine vs oak, they are were pine boards of the same exact dimensions, one was just marked premium. I have spent A LOT of money at home depot over the years and I'm surprised at how this played out. Had the associate that helped me the day before not been there to verify that is exactly what happened to the manager, I'm sure the manager would have thought I was trying pull one over on him and told me to just bring the boards back for a refund.

This is my main hardware store... I've been in many times for various needs & projects ... will continue going back... just wish they'd make ALL doors exit doors.... making people walk waaaay to the end of the store, then waaaaay back to their car serves zero purpose other than control. NO ONE is going to get sick or not sick by blocking off exits. Enough with the c-d control, okay?

Go to Lowe’s instead! Cheaper, less problematic, less people, good pricing and nice selection

Compared to the big HD on 22nd, the service is so much better at this store. Much nicer and more efficient employees. I made the mistake of going to the other and will never do that again. You can't even get someone to talk to on the phone at the other. This is not the first time I've had exemplary service at this HD, the store is so worth going out of your way to shop. Save the frustration, shop Home Depot at Tyrone!

My kitchen flooded, and I needed cabinets right away. I was told 4 weeks. I called at 4 weeks expecting to install, now they are saying 8 weeks. I canceled order and purchased at a Much better local place that went above and beyond to help out the situation.

I have been coming to Home Depot for 10 years and that ten years I have never met an employee with such hard work ethic and such a loving and caring attitude towards customers than Carl Williams. 10 years that is saying something. I mean that with all my heart he was so knowledgeable and helpful with the most gentle/caring/loving heart I’ve ever met not only in a Home Depot employee but in general. I’ve been noticing him every time i come to this Home Depot to get materials for JobS.
