This is by far the friendliest, customer service based Home Depot I have been to in Los Angeles County. Smiles were aplenty from everyone. The associate, store manager and cashier were amazingly friendly and helpful. This is definitely my Home Depot of Choice and I will do all my shoping there!

What 8 pm on a Saturday night at Home Depot for 1 Bolt ? Yep was there and they had the bolt I needed .

Neat and clean store. Not as big as the one on Jefferson but no lines or crowed parking lots either.

The La Cienega Home Depot is my home away from home. They always have everything i need and their employees are very helpful! This is my 'Go To' when I need home improvement stuff! Thanks Home Depot!

Top notch service at this store! The paint dept is excellent , I know its not Dunn-Edwards but at 7 pm it's a life saver! Look for a cashier named Lilibeth very professional and kind.

I'm tipping my hat tho the Manager for having a top notch staff and a well stocked store. Special order items are delivered on time and are picked up with ease. Shout out to the best cashier Lilibeth for making shopping experience a special one.

Home Depot is a toy store for me. I spend way more than I should and every visit is a good visit. Employees are friendly and helpful. However, this trip was especially enjoyable. I was on the hunt for a BBQ grill that was on clearance at many stores with different pricing. When I found the grill at this store at the price I was hoping for, I called and spoke to Wendy. I explained to her what I was searching for and since none showed in stock, she put me on hold to go check the floor models and was able to find it fully assembled and confirmed that the correct pricing. However, she stated that she was not able to hold it since it was on clearance. I rushed over there. When I arrived, I went to check the floor models to see that the grill was no longer there. I proceeded to head inside to the customer service desk to ask for Wendy. Of course, she was the person that first approached me. Before I was able to ask her about the grill, she turned around and there it was with my name on it. She did indeed held it for me. I can't thank her enough for going over and beyond to secure this grill for me and for saving me from continuing my hunt. After making the purchase, I was assisted by Ant. Since it was fully assembled, I needed help in taking it partially apart to fit in my SUV. Not only did he get me the tools, he helped me load it up. These are the only 2 employees that I could remember their names. I did encounter a number of others who were all very friendly and helpful. This has been by far, my most pleasant visit to any store. I look forward to coming back soon.

The Home Depot off La Cienega is the best one in area. I lived in Inglewood, for the last 25 years. I’ve always found employees to be friendly/ helpful in the La Cienega, Inglewood store. They surpass, in my eyes ALL the other Home Depot. Thank you Symiria!!

This Home Depot is one of the best. I drive a litter further to get here, the store is well stocked, employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeablel. Checkers are on it too......they'll come out and flag you to their register for a speedy check out experience.

They don't care about customer safety. Get out of the way of the forklift or they will run you over. And your service animal.

This was my second visit to this particular location and each time I was treated very well. The employees are knowledgeable, courtesy and professional. If your lucky you'll be assisted by Andrea whom truly wowed me during my recent visit. I used drive to the Century location but it has dull feel and the employees never greet you or ask if you need assistance they just walk right by you. My experience with this location truly brightened my outlook on not just Home Depot but this location in itself. I would like to thank you all for the excellent service you all provide!

By far this is one of the best home Depot I have been to product knowledge was excellent assistance was expedited and checkout was fast allqall of my questions wereawere politely and I'll definitely come back.

I went into the store on August 21st around 4:30pm to buy 14 different paint colors. There was a gentleman by the name Robert working at the paint desk. He was so helpful, friendly, and was able to answer all my questions. Made my visit so awesome! Thank you Robert!

I have so much to say, tonight David and Mirna were on top of the game. they took care of us in such a professional, friendly, knowledgeable, with a smile on their face even though they are covered with a mask you can see it through their eyes, what a difference have they made in my view of customer service at home depot. I have not been taken care of like this, by these two and a few others the last year but mainly these last 6 months. a few months ago we were left waiting in the bathroom department for close to an hour after asking for help to several employees and being told that they would call somebody and didn't, my husband a US ARMY VETERAN just took the chance and climb and grab the shower pan we needed, I was so upset that as we were walking into the middle of the isles I turned to my left only to find a group of no less then 5 employees what it look like chit chatting, I made a comment loud enough to get their attention and then moved on, weeks later I was back shopping for hardware and David came up to me and introduce himself and mentioned that he recognized me from the incident of the shower pan, I was shocked and stunned, He apologized and made a point to help me, I was thankful to him for acknowledging me and for taking the time to let me know I was not just a money sign, Thanks David, since then he has remembered me and helped me several of times even if its a small item I am in search for and for that kind of Customer Service I will continue to be the Patron I have been but now with a happy feeling of knowing that even though Home Depot in Inglewood doesn't have a thousand David's working 7 days a week from open to close at least I know that I am no longer just a money sign even if just by David and Mirna because Mirna has also shown leadership trades I don't ask if she is management if she is not she deserves to be cause right along with David their way of communicating with customers and among other employees is the example of great leadership not just for the money but for the pride of doing the job right. Thank you both for letting me see a new for Home Depot, hope it continues and grows because you two make a difference for all of us who shop and spend our hard earn money in a trillion dollar company that sometimes makes me want to offer training services to do the job that you two have shown.

The BEST People on staff always. Stock sometimes not sufficient but it is a smaller store.
