Toilet ok , seat is too short
The toilet is fine, nothing super special but the seat is too short and uncomfortable. A Reveal seat and it’s going back and I have to find another one that will fit. And the color isn’t a great match either. I ordered both in Dune and the seat isn’t a good match.

Mother in law loves it!
I purchased this toilet with a Brevia seat for my mother in law. We replaced an absurdly old Kohler toilet in blue (see pics of old and new!) Installed one month ago and so far she loves it. Skirted for easy cleaning and chair-height for comfort - both features are a hit.

Great toilet but cover

The toilet is great but the cover for the tank is too small on both bathrooms
It doesn’t sit on the tank properly and moves around
It’s not deep enough

Bad purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My toilet showed up looking previously used. It has a blue dye in the bottom and speckled brown stuff all over it. Very disappointed it would be this expensive for a used toilet I will be returning.

Ordered it to be delivered. All of the rest of the order was delivered but we had to go to the store and get the heaviest item of all. When I called to ask about delivery, they said we would have to wait for 2 more weeks if we wanted it delivered. Not happy!

Keeps running, and very low water level in bowl.
The flush valve is housed inside a plastic chamber and is tenuously attached to the base of the toilet, so it is super easy to have it keel over. The adjustment to have enough water in your bowl is carefully balanced with keeping enough water in the tank to not make the toilet run constantly. That is a perplexingly poor design. And it is a huge headache. And getting my money back from Kohler was a huge pain, they threw every hurdle at me. This is not a high-end brand like they used to be.
