A:  NIOSH is written in the middle of the writing to the right of the phone number. You need to enlarge the photo to see it. They are listed as approved mask if you look at the CDC site as being approved.

A:  These are in the process of being discontinued and replaced by 8200. The 3M web site indicates the 8200 plus is NIOSH approved. When you look at their web site it appears it's not printed on their mask for the 8200 Plus or 8200

A:  It's on the CDC list that it is approved. I looked at other sites that show the photos of 8210 Plus and they also don't have NIOSHA printed on them.
