Q:Just purchased a 40V HP Brushless 21in. Cordless Battery lawn mower. Both batteries show a full charge but one battery shuts off after 1 minute. I tried to get through to Ryobi but on hold for hours. Help ! So sorry I purchased this.

    A:  Best of luck, I've tried calling Ryobi, waited 1.5 hours to only be disconnected by the unintelligible call center person. Additionally, no one responds to their customer service emails. I guess we should have purchased EGO.

      Q:What does the lifetime warranty on the deck cover? Does it cover damage/wear/breakage to the wheel axle holes, fasteners, etc.?

        Q:What are the height adjustment increments on the 21 inch mower? It has 7 slots and ads etc say the lowest is 1 1/2 and the highest is 4 inches. I talked with Ryobi techs for 30 minutes or so and they did not have an answer!!

When the first runs out, you can easily switch to the second by raising the battery cover, removing the key and rotating it 180 degrees, and reinserting it.
