normally the hinges are wrapped up inside the package that contains the cover/pad for the ironing board. If they are not in with the cover, please contact HHE customer service 800-922-5524 and we can certainly get those sent to you.

I'm sorry you have had issues with the unit. The product comes with a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service dept. with proof of purchase and they will be happy to assist you.

My apologies for the issues you have had with our stowaway. We could certainly have replaced the door with a one that the laminate wasn't bubbling. You just need to contact our customer service dept. for that kind of issue and they would be more than happy to assist you.

Hi Steven. I'm sorry you are disappointed in the hardware. Installed correctly, there should be no more gap than is on a standard cabinet door. We are delighted that the experience, even if the product didn't work out, was a good one. Thank you for the review and for shopping Household Essentials and Home Depot. It's an exceptional thing to not discredit a product because it didn't fit a space. Thank you for that. If you are still looking, the Iron 'n Fold might be a good option. It doesn't go into the wall, so spacing is less an issue. Instead, it rests on the floor and secures to the wall (at least one side in a stud and you'll be good!).
