We’re putting this in our basement so we have loads of indoor play area this winter. We love the color and as our basement is larger we’re going to blend it with a darker shade. This is really easy to work with and has to accumulate to the temperature in the basement before we can permanently install but know it’s going to be beautiful and durable.

We have a cement basement floor and with winter coming trying to figure out a large enough space for our grandson so play and diminish falling injuries. We thought some click flooring would be great. This is not down permanently yet as it’s got to be at room temperature for a week and it’s only been downstairs for about three days we wanted to have a unique look so we are blending two colors. This is the dark and is beautiful bye it’s self easy to work with and pretty solid.

Although this Home Decarator’s Collection Kimball Mill Oak flooring is very nice, the color is lighter in person. Almost off white, unlike the description photo which has a somewhat deeper tone. This particular finish seems more suited for farmhouse decor, which is very nice when the entire room is farmhouse decor. My intended space isn’t. This particular color looks very obvious with all the wood grain effects in my space, but it would look fabulous in farmhouse decor. Aside from the unexpected color, these planks are awesome. Even without installing the planks fit together so easily because of the wide tongue. The attached pad or underlayment is thick, which certainly makes for quieter and more comfortable footsteps. Underlayment by itself can be expensive so this certainly saves money. I also like that this flooring is lightweight. This means easy solo installation. The icing on the cake is that it’s waterproof! You can have the look of wood planks in a bathroom, which this flooring would look very nice in. With any flooring I use large felt pads under heavy furniture. If you like a cream color floor then I highly recommend this flooring.

Bold and beautiful, plus a dose of magnificent. This Mc Donough Oak flooring is by far the best flooring I’ve ever seen. The rich texture is amazing. It comes padded so you don’t have to buy any padding for the ground. It comes with 6 in a box and and definitely worth every penny. The flooring is easy to clean and it took the steam mop properly without any fading. 10 out of 10

Okay, First of all this flooring is supposed to be better with the wear and tear and the added padding of most vinyl plank flooring. So far it seems sturdy and scratch resistant. It comes in one length and is 47.64 inches long and 8.03 inches wide and 12 millimeters thick. Each carton comes with 15.94 square foot and weighs about 30 pounds. The color is a walnut medium brown that has great shades of warm honey and is not at all on the orange color side , which I love. It is waterproof, scratch, stain, dent and fade resistant. It is approved for residential and light commercial use. I like that it can be installed over existing flooring like wood sub flooring and concrete. The flooring has a great texture to it meaning that it is not shiny but more of a matte finish. Easy to clean and take care of. I did notice a few pieces that were falling apart before I even used them so I would use the 10 percent rule for buying what you need.

This Home Decorators Collection Chamblee Tuck Walnut 12 mm is very beautiful Flooring and waterproof to. It’s thick and has a nice padding on the back of it. The Tuck Walnut is a brown color which will go nice in any room in your home. Directions are easy to read and understand how to install it. I need new flooring so I can get rid of my carpet rooms.

The Home Decorators Collection Kimball Mill Oak 12 mm T x 8.03 in W Waterproof Laminate Wood Flooring (15.9 sq. ft./case), Light was used in my dinning room to replace some cheaper flooring that had buckled due to moisture absorption. This flooring is a much better grade than what was there and it is thicker. This just goes to prove the old saying "you get what you pay for."

This synthetic vinyl plank is substantial in thickness and includes a closed cell foam backing pad. The matte finish is attractive although it doesn't appear as sturdy as others I've installed. Time will tell with it installed at our office lobby door, where it will receive daily abrasion. This grain color is warm and looks realistic. The pattern doesn't repeat in the 6 piece carton, but the wide plank may still produce "rivers" in a larger room if not arranged carefully. It interlocks well and the seam is tight. It cut easily on our table saw with a 60 tooth blade.

This is a very decent vinyl plank. It appears to be 100% synthetic, with a closed cell foam backing pad. It's more substantial than some, although the matte finish doesn't appear to be indestructible. Time will tell with it installed at our office lobby door, which will catch some outside grit. It interlocks very well and the seam is tight. It cut easily on our table saw with a 60 tooth blade. This grain color is a good bit grayer than I expected. The grain does not repeat in the 6 piece carton, but a larger room would still need to avoid "rivers" when laying out this wide plank.

This wonderful, durable Home Decorators Collection Chamblee Tuck Walnut 12 mm T x 8.03 in. W Waterproof Laminate Wood Flooring (15.9 sqft/case), Light is such an easy product to work with. A heavy laminate, with a thin ply, makes it easy to cut and lay. Using Home Depot's underlay, there is a give, but rigidity that is idea for any bathroom or kitchen area. Great product.

Be sure to visit your local store and see the color in person. We were in a bit of a time constraint and this was a good value for the price. The color shown online (warm tones) doesn't match product IRL (cool toned, weathered wood look with matte finish), and the salesperson at Home Depot fully agreed. The difference is striking. I'm including a photo to show an item of furniture I wanted it to complement on the actual flooring installed in our living room.

This flooring exceeded our expectations. We have 3 young children and it hides everything. Messes and spills clean up well. I’m very happy with it.

The Home Decorators Collection Cradle Rock Oak is a quality product that is easy to install in a short amount of time. It comes with an underlayment already attached to each piece which saves many hours of labor and potential frustration. The product is attractive and this specific style and color can be used in any room to add a fresh new look and decor. Mine was installed in the main bath which has entrances from my home interior and the pool patio area. You will be pleased with the appearance and serviceability of this product. I am located in the SE section of Florida and have already referred several friends to view the installation. It is easy to clean with a damp mop or professional cleaning device. I am retired and easy maintenance is a plus for me. The flooring is professional looking and already receiving compliments.

This is an engineered wood product with a laminate top. It says it is waterproof but I did not test that. I can see that it is a wood product and not LVP. The planks lock and snap together easily. The planks are easy to cut with a sharp, fine-tooth circular saw or other saw. I used this planking in my bathroom and my kitchen. Both are damp/wet locations. and especially the bathroom, gets very wet at times. Even though this planking has the built-in underlayment, which helps with sound and waterproofing, I recommend adding a vapor or moisture barrier before installing the plank. In the kitchen, I installed the plank over an old ceramic tile floor. Worked great as the floor was sound. In the bathroom, the floor was partially rotted so I tore it out and installed new joists, subfloor, sound-proofing, and then installed 1/2" concrete board as underlayment before installing the laminate plank. The project came out great. The floor looks really good. I like the color. It is installed as a floating floor so no glue-down. But I left a gap at the edges for expansion. I then topped it off with rubber cove base.

The worst laminate flooring I've ever purchased!!! The locking mechanism is too shallow and they will not stay together!!! We've now taken the entire room apart once again, reinstalled and goes what? All back apart again!!! Will probably try gluing every board together this time but what a pain. This will be the 3rd time taking the floor apart. Do not buy this laminate!

I wanted a new floor and instead of having my creaky old hardwood floor refinished once more, or having a new hardwood floor installed (very expensive), I decided to cover it up with the Home Decorators Collection laminate floor boards in the Cradle Rock Oak color. They look very much like real wood, but are much easier to maintain and care for. They also feel comfortable under bare feet and have some soundproofing ability. The boards are waterproof, have superior scratch resistance, and carry a limited lifetime residential warranty. The boards have an attached underlayment (each is 12 mm thick) and, except for concrete, you do not need install a separate underlayment. This will in fact void the warranty. The click-lock installation system is very easy to work with, and even DIY-ers with limited experience should be able to install these boards successfully, provided they have the necessary tools. The back of each box of boards explains in great detail the tools you will need and installation instructions in both English and Spanish, and if you follow those to a T you can't really go wrong. I'm enjoying my new laminate floor!

This cradle rock oak flooring is one of the best looking and feeling floors I have worked with. It is easy to install and the instructions are simple to follow. It feels like real wood and looks high end. This flooring has underlayment built in so no need to purchase more and warns not to use any other than what's attached or will void warranty. It is water proof and treated to prevent scuffing. This is one of those products that will last for years and worth every penny.

Home Decorators Collection Ella Bay Oak 12 mm T x 8 in. Wide added brightness to our dining and family rooms. Its size provided for more coverage and fewer boxes to carry. The fit is excellent and each panel gave a strong fit with the other. The light Oak finish parried well with softer room lighting. A great hardwood finish design. Quality workmanship.

We had used Home Decorators Collection (HDC) flooring previously and are very pleased with it. Having had previous down for 4+yrs in a high traffic area with absolutely no complaints we didn’t have to think twice when we wanted to do our next room with more click & lock flooring. We purchased the same thickness (12mm) so we could lift up the transition strip where our old 1 stopped and just click & lock it from other room into current room being floored. Biggest difference between our previous HDC & this is the backing. Our older 1 has a rubber like underlayment (which has stood the test of time) vs. this 1 has a foam like underlayment. This was placed over concrete & does help with cushioning feet. We are unsure of how well this will be vs. previous but are being optimistic this is an improvement with newer & more improved technologies. Been down 2 weeks with nothing bad to say. The top of new floor appears to be the same as our older version as far as feel, cleaning, & overall appearance.

We choose this flooring for our office area to spruce things up a bit. Love the neutral Oak look for this room. It was easy to put down with a rubber mallet and the installation kit you can pick up at your local Home Depot store in the flooring dept. The flooring is 12mm thick 10 mm laminate and 2 mm with the attached pad. It is a 100% waterproof flooring with a 10 year commercial warranty from the manufacturer and a limited lifetime warranty for residential use. Features of the flooring it has a AC4 rated aluminum oxide coating for superior dent and scratch resistance which it great if you have pets or in an area that has alot of foot traffic. It also has a easy click lock installation which make things more efficient when putting this flooring down. The flooring also has sound mitigation which used in a large room you don't have that hollow or echo effect. Each case covers 15.94 square feet. It made a big difference in our room and I believe it will last a long time.

This is a good change of pace from all the dark gray or brown flooring. This light color can really brighten up a room. Since this is almost a half inch thick it can be installed over a surface that may have some imperfection in the sub-floor. the foam backing works well as a sound reducer. Since this is relatively thick it has a strong interlocking feature.

I receive thr Cradle rock oak 12mm t × 8 in stain resistant flooring. It looks great and resistant to scratches and it's water resistant and dent and fading resistant. This makes it great ror residential use especially if you have kids or pets. It has the attach underlayment that makes the installation easier. This will help in noise in the room you install it in .We love the color and we think you will to. This flooring is easy to put together. We are now looking doing our other rooms with this and get rid of all of the carpet in the house.

This Ella Bay Oak laminate wood flooring is a step above other flooring we have used. Not only is it totaly gorgeous, but has a ton of great features! It's waterproof, has superior scratch resistant; a great feature if you have kids or pets. Another superior feature is the underlayment is attached! No messing with putting down another layer to put the flooring on top of. We still love the click lock feature and one of the best features, a 10 year warranty! Many improvements over the flooring we've been used to. A flooring we can enjoy for years to come.

The initial quality of this flooring is great. The finish has the feel as well as the look of real wood. The padding on the bottom of the planks works to deaden sound. It also helps the plank to seat over an existing floor. In my case, I used the planks to cover an old linoleum tile floor. They have been easy to install. The video on the Home Depot website was very helpful. It shows you how to lock the planks together. A link to the written instructions is available on the same page and they are well written and comprehensive. I used a guillotine cutter, but I'm sure the old score and break method would work too. As far as being watertight, the seams do lock together tightly, and they are free from manufacturing defects that might cause a leak. There is also a link on the flooring's page to the quarter round I'll be using for the edges.

I was in disbelief for the first three or four planks. I was able to lay the flooring at an angle to give a beautiful result. I received the Virgil Island Oak 12mm flooring and looks that it will be durable and It's perfect for just about anywhere since it is waterproof, stain and scratch, dent and fading resistance that means it's great for homes with kids and pets. It already has the attached underlayment to make installation easier and it reduces sound transmission and adds a comfort to walk on. I really like this color. It’s not too dark or to light and it has a grayish rustic look.

I received the 12mm Ella Bay Oak waterproof and stain-resistant flooring. It looks to have superior resistance to scratch, dent and fading means it's great for homes with kids & pets. It looks real with an authentic embossed texture that looks like classic blonde oak floor. It has the attached underlayment that makes installation easier. Additionally, the attached 2mm underlayment reduces sound transmission and adds a comfortable underfoot. I gave it 4 stars just because this color was a bit too light for my taste.
