Looks nice but...don't buy yet
Love the look of this toilet and the 360 revolution flush and the flat sides for cleaning. (I have another model with the 360 flush and LOVE it) But this style has design flaws with handle on the side, flushing mechanism gets hitched occasionally and the chain gets tangled on itself at the top so that it will not close and the water continuously runs until you open it and adjust it. I put this toilet in my office and now the top is cracked because of clients always taking lid off to fix the water running. Plus it came with the original handle missing. I would wait to buy until they fix the design flaw

Ordering on line sucks
We first tried to order our toilet in the store . The guy said do it on line. So we did do it on line and it said it was going to be at the store the next week. We get to the store someone said your order got canceled. So we went home and ordered it again but on the phone and talked to a real person who took our order. We go a confirmation number and a pickup date on our email. After a month of waiting finally got our order one week the seat of the toilet and then the next week the toilet. I know this is a bad year for orders we all need to wait longer and do our best. So its no one Fault so please take your time and see where the pieces go like a puzzle. Who is doing what and what is happening here. Thanks for listening

Glad We Chose This Version
Very pleased with our purchase of this Corbelle toilet of which we bought three to replace all the toilets in our home. The lines are sleek and the skirt around the bottom is very easy to clean. The toilet bowl is simple to clean as well and has a powerful low water flush.

Kohler bad
When received inspected, big chunks porcelain in trapway, sealed in the glaze. Kohler = bad quality control. Returned it. Reordered. 2nd came, poop stains, & blue stains plumbers use to test cracks or leaks. Home Depot manager agreed. Returned. Gave up! Bought cheap Kohler Highline Arc toilet, didn't flush, had to get new generic parts and fix it. Buy Toto instead.

The manufacturing quality of this toilet was so poor that...
The manufacturing quality of this toilet was so poor that I returned it as soon as I got it out of the box. Debris was glazed into the trap between the tank and the toilet bowl that should have caused this toilet to be rejected by quality control. Kohler has gone down hill.

Great Toilet!
I put this in my bathroom remodel and my wife and I absolutely love the non-stick bowl and skirting! What a dream to clean! We sold our home and recently bought another and it has 2 Toto's that we are going to replace with the Corbelle. Just a great toilet!

We ordered this model toilet twice. Both times they came with manufacturer defects which would not allow the tank to seat properly on the base. We ended up buying a different model kohler toilet which had no installation issues. I'd steer clear of this model.

Great product, poor instructions
Fitting the 2 piece unit together was a problem. The individual rubber grommets/seals would not stay in place long enough to tighten the screws. The seal process needs to be improved. The instructions were weak, and nowhere were we informed we needed to buy a wax ring or suitable substitute. The website made it very clear to buy a new supply line and a new seat. But nothing on the the wax ring/rubber seal. NADA. Unacceptable for selling to a dyi first-timer.

All 4 toilets continuously run, 1 leaks sewage gas
Our contractor installed 4 Of these toilets (by a licensed professional contractor) 1 of them leaks sewage gas and needs to be replaced and all of them run continuously (you have to constantly open the too of the toilet to readjust it to stop it from running). Poor design.

Hi my name is Meli with Kohler Co. I'm sorry to hear your toilets are running. This is most likely caused by debris that has gone through your water line and has gotten stuck in the fill valve. It can happen after a new toilet is installed or the water is shut off to the toilet for an extended period of time. It can also occur if there is any sediment that has gone through the water line. I would suggest flushing out the fill valve as this will most likely eliminate this problem. I would also recommend replacing the wax ring on the toilet that emitting a gassy odor as this would indicate that there is not a proper seal between the toilet bowl and outlet. Like the fact that it doesn't have the curves that can cause problems with cleaning after male use. Plumber said that the way it was built and situated not likely to become loose. Simple and easy flush with less use of water.

Best Toilet Ever!
This toilet is awesome! Easy DYI installation. The flush clears everything, every time. Quiet and efficient. The surface is so slick nothing has stuck to it so far! Teamed it with a bidet seat and never going back to paper! The skirted design means no grungy crevices to clean and no more johnny bolts to remove.

- It came with the 12" offset flange, and the...
- It came with the 12" offset flange, and the 14" offset flange was in a separate box.
- Required adding two extra holes in the floor, so needed a tile drill bit.
- Didn't include a wax ring or flange bolts. No big deal.
- Fit the 14" offset bathroom in my old 1925 era home perfectly.
- It looks and flushes great.

We’ve only had it installed a month but so far we love it! It wasn’t difficult to install. Love its sleek design and the bowl is so easy to clean. The forward motion flushing handle took a bit to get used to but overall we like it and it’s a quality product! I’d recommend it!

Caution!!! It is a Beauuuuuutiful toilet. I loved everything about it, BUT because of where my water/knobs came out of the wall, this toilet Was not fed! My toilet before it was a different shape in the back with more space so this more rectangular shape would not fit.So make sure to measure
