This is more of a display item, something not meant to be used. This is poor quality product. We have had the sink for 2 weeks. I placed a new quart sized pot in the bottom of the sink, washed it, out and noticed lots of scratches. Ridiculous!! It does have a protective grid for the bottom, but it still should not scratch that easily. Worthless... it's a kitchen sink! Now to be honest, we love the sink design, but the finish is very poor quality. I'm regretting going with this sink.

This sink is not as described. The description on the Home Depot page says, "Drop-In/Undermount," but it is not. The sink I received is Drop In/Topmount only. My receipt also says, "Drop-In/Undermount." I called another store and asked to check to see if I was sent the wrong sink. The sink in the ad (dual mount) and the sink I received (top mount) have the exact same SKU and model numbers. I'm sure the sink is great, but it won't work for me.

The sink itself is great, but the drop-in mounting system is a very poor design. It uses metal clips with a plastic retainer that you put the screws through. You cannot tighten the sink down or they instantly strip. For the price of this sink I can’t imagine why they put such cheep, worthless mounting brackets… so much wasted time! I would assume this would work fine if you are under mounting.

I never write reviews, so I hope this helps someone out there like me. We use our sink minimally, to rinse things out, my older teens will put items in there when they don't want to open the dishwasher, you get the idea. We don't use it to wash, and I have never put anything in it without the grate in the bottom, but there are multiple scratches in less than a year. I use non abrasive everything to clean, you products to care for stainless steel appliances and use bar keepers friend to keep this shining, but as you can see in the pictures, we have multiple scratches.

This is a great sink. My wife loves it. No problems installing it. The problem is that two of the listed items were not included in the bix. The Roll up Drying Rack and Cutting Board were not in the box as listed. How do I get these?

Scratches easily, and is already starting to rust in the corners. Pretty scary since it won’t be easy to replace now that it’s installed. Not sure if the extra money is worth the accessories.

The sink is extra big and I love the slope to the drain. Faucet is great love the sprayer it gets to all the corners and makes it easy to keep clean. I would recommend this sink to my friends

Everyone that sees this sink has been impressed with the quality. I bought this online, so I had not actually seen the product in person, but read the reviews and knew this was the one for me. We bought an old fixer upper, and the sink was so outdated. We've done a lot of work on the place, but hadn't gotten around to replacing the kitchen sink yet. I finally decided I had to have something new, and chose this one as I wanted a non-partitioned version. Love it!

We are extremely pleased with Kraus brand and all the features that came with this sink! It is beautiful and functional and gave the right amount of upgrade to our kitchen without being outrageously priced. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Sink is beautiful & high quality. I love it! Unfortunately there is a deal breaker. The clips that hold the sink to the counter suffer a fatal flaw. They depend on a sheet metal screw screwing into a small plastic rod. As soon as you apply ANY torque, the screw strips in the plastic. As a result, they are useless. Not even enough pressure to squeeze the silicone sealant at all. A totally disastrous installation! Too bad a beautiful sink is unusable because of 25 cent clips.

We buy this deep single bowl Kraus sink like a Month ago and my wife was so happy but this sink is so easily to get scratches even the drying rack that sits on top is leaving some stains. Unbelievable. So expensive and not good. Don't waste your money on this sink

It’s gorgeous! I am very functional. I love the depth of the sink. The accessories that come with it make prepping a meal easy. Top-quality materials too. The faucet in the photo is the. Kohler Sous Pro also purchased from Home Depot!

This sink was very high quality, looked great and was easy to install.

I had been looking for a single basin sink, as I was sick of the dividing wall splitting useful space of my shallow, leaky one. I also just hated my sink, and kitchen. But the full reno will have to come later. This sink was an all-in-one, and I loved the faucet that came with it. I didn't give much consideration to the grate at the bottom, except that maybe it would prevent it from getting scratched up so quickly. It was the same size as the sink I was replacing, BUT the basin was wider front to back and deeper, and that made installation quite difficult. Once it was in, though, I was THRILLED! At first, I was just so satisfied with the appearance, having gotten rid of my shallow, double sink, its leaks, and gotten a faucet I loved. But as time went on, I learned just how smart the design was. The grate sits level on top, so no more glasses falling over! No more sponges floating in gross water that builds up, which doesn't build up, because nothing is blocking the bottom of the sink! The spacious layout lets you spread dishes out for rinsing, and you can pull the faucet, yes, but you can also simply swing the arm aside (pictured)! I love that I have plenty of room to wash large items like that crock, without worrying about banging around on the sides of the sink and I can, again, swing that faucet out of my way while I'm washing. It seems someone who's dealt with all the pain in the butts of working at a sink put a lot of thought into this design, and I THANK THEM!!!!

I am very pleased with this sink. Heavy duty. Garbage disposal is virtually silent the way this sink is made.

This sink is a tank. I went through 3 drill bits drilling a 3/8" hole for a water dispenser so make sure you use titanium (3rd bit was titanium). Very happy with the look of the sink and included fixture. No drips, easy install and the sink grate protects the basin from too much wear and tear nicely.

I saw this at my friend's kitchen and was impressed with the quality,design with faucet, drain, etc included. Affordably-priced as well! It has more room and a lot of ease in washing larger cookware. Very pleased with my new faucet!

This kitchen sink kit changed my entire kitchen. For $399. Would do it again!

We decided to finally purchase a new sink to replace the existing two bowl sink. The two bowl sink have the divider that makes it difficult to was big pots and pans. It was time for a change. After doing some research, this sink came up as a very high rated sink. Plus, it’s a all in one, so it came with a faucet. During the install, our installer complimented the thickness and look of the sink, and was impressed. When the install was done, we were at awe at how beautiful it was. Very happy with the results. Reason to knocking down one star from overall rating was due to 2 reasons. One, water drops are very visible and recommended to clean often. Two, the faucet nozzle holder does not move out of the way, as it follows the nozzle every direction you are spraying, so it does get in the way.

As a contractor I've installed a slew of sinks in the past. The Kraus Loften was a delight to install as it came with several accurate templates, complete hardware pack, and excellent instructions. The heavier 18 gauge metal with sound absorbing sets this unit far above other inferior units. I would not hesitate to buy another one in the future. Water also exits the basin easily.

I'm very satisfied with my stainless steel sink and pull down faucet. It's very easy to keep clean.

Very well designed and built all-in-one kitchen sink. High quality parts and construction is evident in this sink. The fair price was also a selling point.

The only problem so far is the drain cap doesn’t fit.
