Do not use Home Depot to reface your cabinets. They began chipping immediately, they did not replace the shelves (even though salesman said they would). I have tried for 6 months for them to come back and fix all chips. Several cabinet doors are now chipping as well. They will call you and promise to come out and repair but never follow through. I'm sure they are waiting for my one year warranty to expire and just tell me that "sorry warranty has expired". This has been such a frustrating process and I'm not sure what steps to take next. Also, now the self closing drawers are not closing.

Poor quality for the price and what was expected. So much particle board (pressed wood, composite). One of three vanities we order was unpainted cherry. The drawer fronts looked like bamboo flooring. HD coordinated the replacement quickly of the fronts only (I had to reinstall them). Better, but very different grain and color than the rest of the vanity. KM has gotten so big and I see better quality and better looking materials elsewhere with smaller manufacturers. I won't use KM again, but maybe HD.

I love my Kraft Maid cabinets. The Home Depot consultant was very helpful and made a great suggestion to improve the flow. I had a custom Amish made kitchen a few years before this at my northern home. Never thought a big box kitchen would compare. I was wrong. The appliance garage is wonderful. I love the spice drawer. The drawers are sturdy and of course soft close is wonderful. I chose a different color for my peninsula and white for the rest. Love the look. The pull out drawers in the pantry keep me from loosing track of items stored in it.

We have had our cabinets for over six months, and they are wonderful—excellent quality for the money. Our Home Depot consultant in Carmel, IN, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The service was excellent. We arranged installation with an independent contractor. This entire process was an easy and great experience. The cabinets are beautiful!

Home Depot cabinet installation service is a nightmare! I have trying to complete my installation for over 9 months, quality of work has been so bad many cabinets have been reorder. Store manager came out months ago and agreed but has been very little help since. Home Depot doesn’t take charge of scheduling, leaves it to customers, installer hard to work with, also got paid in advance. People at Home Depot aren’t much help, again you must pay in advance and have very little leverage afterwards. Help!!!

Have had the doors for a while but when I purchased it was a lifetime warranty. The door comes off the hinge and they tell you sorry that's wear and tear. No answer to emails. Management tells you, sorry our hands are tied once another dept Said it is wear and tear. So for a $30 door, you 1 lose a customer and 2 lose any customers that may have been recommended by me, and 3, you get a poor review just like your poor service
