Does not function as advertised
Keypad hard to read without first pressing a button to light it up. I wasted 2.5 hours trying to set this lock up and an Apple watch still does not easily open the lock. Apple and Reddit posts helped to learn the Schlage instructions are wrong. Schlage instructs user to press and release the black button on the lock to pair the lock with the Apple HomeKit App. This does not work. Scan the QR code on the last page of the Schlage instructions (not the lock) with phone camera.

Best lock ever!

Easy to install easy to use

Once installed, very easy to setup using the app and I even sync’d it to my Ring app. I’ve already recommended this to at least 4 people as I am highly satisfied.

This lock does everything
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 of these locks. One for my home and one for my Airbnb. This lock was easy to install and the app is great. I like being able to open it from anywhere and add multiple codes that can be set with a start and end time. I also like being able to see the history of when and what code was used.

This locking system is nice. Everyone has their own codes, features and benefits are super Kool. It doesn't look like much but it's packed with features. We're replacing all of our non smart locks with one on each door.

Great features!!

I have the ability to check and see if my door is unlocked or locked by the app. As well I can remotely lock and unlock my door, and or delete user codes without being at home! This is great if you have a friend or neighbor to bring something in the house for you.

The lock is what I hoped for. I was able to install it without problems. It works as expected and the color fits with my other locks. This is the third time I have installed one of these locks.This one is the first for my use. I use it for entry from garage. Like that it functions without a key and has the options to have more than one code for entry and the codes can easily be changed by me.

Great Deadbolt Lock!

Love the app features and the many ways it can be used, such as: remote lock/ unlock, assigning different door codes for different reasons for others to be able to access your home when you are away. Cream of the Crop of smart locks!

From the high quality to the ease of set up and user friendly app,, I can't imagine anything better. I subsequently purchased two more shlage keyless entry deadbolt. Finish is TERRIBLE
The finish doesn’t hold up. I have six of these and they’re only a year old. The finish is TERRIBLE. These should be under warranty.

Perfect for managing guests!

I can manage access codes from anywhere with the connectivity this lock has. I use the app all the time and I also know when there is activity. I could not be more happier with this lock.

Easy & Fun

We would never lock our door because having to use a physical key was such a chore. Now we lock it remotely with Alexa and the extremely user friendly app. It makes it so simple for the dog walker to enter the house and take our pup for a walk as well. It was worth every penny! We have friends and family already asking us about it so that they can go get one for themselves.

Unreliable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on my fifth lock between two doors within 3 years. This brand new one keeps flashing red after each code. The flashing continued even after 3 battery changes and several factory resets. The first 3 locks had insides that corroded. They would work sometimes and other times not. This is suppose to be top of the line, but I'm very disappointed.

Extremely versatile lock, I love it.

I love that I can assign access codes remotely and even open the door lock for my visitors when am away from home. I no longer struggle to find a key to open the door, I just use the app on my phone to open and close the door when am entering the house or leaving, or I use my code to enter when am doing my morning jog. Versatile, secure, reliable and beautiful.

Love these smart locks
This is the first smart system weve had in our home and we love it!! My wife and i both have the app on our phones and can lock and unlock the doors from anywhere. You also can set differnet pins for differnet people and the app tells you who has unlocked the door with their pin. The lock is a bit bulky on the inside but not terrible

So Convenient!

But have really enjoyed the ease of entry for family members or neighbors who need in when we aren’t home. In fact, we liked it so much we went right out and bought another one for our vacation home.
