A quick search of this model and error code and there are lots of others in the same boat. Stay away from this model!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is easy to use, and does an excellent job of cleaning our clothes, but it so loud when it changes cycles and makes a missile sound that I called in a repairman. I was concerned that this model doesn't have a buzzer when it is done but you hear it stop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer 3 weeks ago. This is the first time owning a Whirlpool. When I purchased the washer I was more interested in the size of the tub. It was an added bonus that it was a 2 in 1 where the agitator is removable, and that it has a faucet feature. However I neglected to look at the other features such as is there a timer for the wash, or do the lights lite up on the wash cycle and then the rinse cycle. But then again you really don’t notice these things until you have it plugged in and running. So for the most part I love it. The pros definitely outweigh the cons. But is all I knew is that I wanted a Whirlpool. Because I bought a GE in 2018 and in 2024 I had to buy a new washer. My Mother only ever owned Whirlpool but I guess at 65 I’m a slow learner.

I like the removable agitator as it provides options for different size and kinds of loads of laundry. The only feature that I would add to the current product is timing of the cycles. My last whirlpool washer had that and it was a great help in doing my laundry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this about a month ago and so far are very pleased. The large capacity is fabulous. Our clothes seem to as clean or cleaner than before. The ability to wash big comforters and remove the agitator comes in handy. So far so good. Now we’ll see about durability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this for about 2 weeks and it does take some getting used to but it hold so many clothes, easy holds our king size comforter. It does make noise but it’s not anywhere near as loud as our old washer.

We bought this because of the size of the drum to wash our king comforter. It does take some getting used to because it doesn’t use near as much water as our old washer. Also love the removable agitator. Well worth the money. It’s also smaller than our old top load washer. Delivery service was awesome too! Only wish the agitator “fins” went all the way down.

AWFUL!!! Only problems since I bought it! From not cleaning my clothes to water not draining to motherboard to loud to not sensor not working it’s absolutely the worst purchase ever I’ve ever made!!! Horrible washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very dissatisfied with this washer. I have only washed a few loads and it already doesn’t work properly. Two times it washes with no water. The sensor doesn’t work. I hate it!

Maybe this whirlpool set seems so great because my old whirlpool set was so bad. On the old one, it had no agitator, the sensor took forever before it would even start and if I had to throw in something I forgot, it took forever to stop sensing and unlock. it took half a day to do one load another reason because it almost always came out of balnace and therefore never drained properly. As for the dryer, it took 2 cycles almost 2 hours to dry 1 load. The loud noise was the final reason I sought a new set and it ended up the reason for the loud noise was there was over $40 in coins stuck in it rattling around. With the new whirlpool set. I have yet to have a balancing or drainage problem. I can wash a king size comforter when I take the agitator out. The clothes are clean and as for the dryer, it dried my towels on the 'normal' cycle in 35 minutes. I get all the laundry done in 1 day. Family of 6. Usually around 4- 5 loads The first time I used the washer, I thought I was in for a disappointment because it started banging like it was out of balance even though I put the clothes in evenly but somehow it balanced itself and turned out fine. I love the clear glass lid so you can see what's happening inside.  The children love watching the washer do its thing too. I do not regret buying the new whirlpool set with the 2 in 1 agitator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a month ago and it is awful. I have to rewash a lot of the clothes or use a wet rag to get all the white residue off. I use a liquid free and clear detergent and not sure why this is happening. Also the clothes doesn't come out as clean as my old washing machine got them.

So far, my clothes come out clean & it’s very easy to use! Look forward to trying out the facet for pretreatment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washer arrived a week ago and I’ve washed about 6 loads in it so far. What sold my partner and I was the fact that it is a 2-in-1 removable agitator but I’m still really weary about it. I don’t know, maybe because it is my first big appliance purchase that I’m scared to overfill it or run it too much. We liked the idea of being able to remove the agitator and wash large blankets and heavy work clothes. It honestly washes ok, my boyfriends work pants still came out a bit dirty and my daughters sweater still looked dingy even though it is a new sweater. I have watched it wash and as other reviews have mentioned, the agitator does NOTHING for the clothes. When rinsing the clothes initially, it’ll drench the clothes well but it doesn’t really swish the clothes around the agitator because the clothes get spun towards the outer drum walls?! So the clothes never touch the agitator which is really disappointing. Now what makes me weary is the ide of a bra hook or strap getting stuck around the agitator and running it, but like I said I’ve only had it for a week. So we’ll see how it does over time.
