And the removable agitator is so nice as we have large a king size bed set. We have a child too, so the precast soaker feature is great for spot treating messes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though legs are balanced it wants to wobble/bangand sometimes have to run another drain spin to get heavy water out of jeans and towels. Love that it has plenty of water but hate having to be so careful about balance.

I was looking for something old school but this worked out great. Washer works great no complaints will be looking to purchase the dryer as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a week ago it seems fair alot different than what I'm used to But didn't realize that it dont full up all the way like you're traditional washers. I assume it's eco friendly by not using as much water.. it does take longer to wash clothes but I guess thats the price you pay for technology to come as far as it has. Overall great washer the wife is happy so I'm happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good cleaning. Cycle takes a litke longer to run than my older Whirlpool washer. Everything is good except it’s quite noisy - even louder than my old unit. It seems the center pole spins off kilter, making the tub off balance sometimes even bangs into the washers walls.

The machine did not get off balanced as it has my old machine did in the past. That removable option is what sold me on this particular model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine 10 months ago. I loved that it had an agitator and large tub. I had owned a whirlpool washer and dryer for 17 years and LOVED the product! I was sure to be satisfied with another. Sadly, I am not! This washer simply moves my laundry side to side and the only thing that touches the agitator is what’s directly around it, wringing back and forth. The full load does not cycle through and is therefore coming out a wet version of its dirty self. It’s as if the clothes were thrown in the pool and then rung out. I have attempted to lessen the size of the loads and only wash like items at once (i.e. underwear) but even that only works in part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer 3 weeks ago because my 20-year-old washer broke. Now I wish I had fixed the old one. This new washer spins the clothes so dry that the clothes end up very wrinkled. I followed the directions and washed towels and jeans separately to try to avoid wrinkles. I immediately took the clothes out of the washer and put them in the dryer to avoid wrinkles. The clothes still come out of the dryer quite wrinkled. Very disappointing.

Don't buy this washer unless you want white residue on your clothes! I am SUPER frustrated as I've been in contact with Whirlpool and Home Depot and they have done NOTHING to help me except send someone out. The person that came out said that there's nothing wrong when there is something wrong if it isn't rinsing my clothes like it should...Save yourself the headache don't buy it!

Purchased this washer specifically for the Faucet feature. However, the lid must be open to activate the faucet and the button for the faucet is BEHIND the open lid. Impossible to reach around the open lid to press the button. I expected the washer to be quiter than my previous 25 year old washer but it is actually louder. Also, there is no fabric softener dispenser. Very unhappy with this washer

It does a good job cleaning the laundry, and the removable agitator is easy to use. This machine is a little noisy compared to the old one though. A time remaining indicator would have been nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loads take much longer even using 'quick wash' which is at least 45 minutes. My previous washer only took about 22 minutes for the longest cycle and discount a better job. There is also no way to tell where you're at in the process ie no indication of wash vs rinse cycles. And it claims to be 'energy effiicient' based on saving water (which I find useless as I have to use the 'deep water' which adds water since doing their regular way doesnt even wash your clothes. Plus now what used to take me 4-5 hours on the past now takes an entire day plus because of the ridiculously long cycles. I have no idea how that is supposed to be efficient or beneficial in any way. Highly disappointed and definitely not worth the price in my opinion.
