[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clothes came out of the laundry cleaner and softer. Only gave 4 stars since I have not used all of the features yet. I will reevaluate after I receive my electric bill to see if they are an energy saver for real. If this washer and dryer is as good as the 30 year old Whirlpool washer and dryer I just replaced which still works by the way. You might just receive 10 STARS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace a Maytag bravos washer with many bells and whistles but the Maytag rusted within 6 years. I love Maytag. Understood Maytag and Whirlpool are now u set one umbrella and my budget was tight do I went with less expensive. I am frustrated it doesn’t let me know time if wash and no where to separate soap from fabric softener.

I have washed my king size comforter with the agitator removed with great results. This machines spin cycle is amazing, clothes come out almost dry. My drying time is nearly cut in half.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very efficient and easy to use! Easy loading and unloading, plenty of room. Love it! Best purchase this year! Even fit perfectly in the space I had.

Immediately when water starts spraying into the tub, it sprays out the front of the machine between lid and washer top. When you use hot water the steam flows out around the lid into the laundry room instead of being caught by lid and dripping back into the washing machine. Both problems seem related to the design of the washer top and lid.

I don’t recommend this washer, the parts are cheaper and it didn’t work. It is awful.

It has a removable agitator for blankets, senses the size of the load so less water is used, and has an extra spin making the clothes drier before even using the dryer itself. The lid is slow and quiet closing. Lots of washing choices too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this washer for a couple weeks and have a problem with it leaving white spots/streaks on dark clothes (see photo). Also, the owner's manual is useless unless you are installing the washer. Nothing that comes with the washer explains the settings and options. Through other means I found the "washer cycle guide which should be a part of the owner's manual and come with the washer. Also it has no audible signal when it's done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this washer 3 times so far, and I have a concern. My first load was done using an "he" liquid detergent with no other additives such as bleach or fabric softener. The amount of the detergent used was at the "2' level for small loads. It was done on the "cool" setting. On 2 items of dark material, I could see white streaks/blotches (see photo). I was able to remove the streaks/blotches by gently rubbing them with cold water, which I really don't want to have to do each time. Otherwise I'm happy with this washer although it goes through a lot of phases with clicks, groans, and drum reversals where I wonder what it's doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a month ago it washes good but it shakes and it makes to much noise Im not sure if it was designed to be that way but I figured if it’s brand new it should’ve been quiet.

I’ve been noticing that my clothes and sheets just don’t seem to be complete clean. I was watching the agitator recently and noticed that the clothes and sheets stay in the same position through my the wash. My older machines the agitator would pull the clothes down and you could tell all the clothes were being washed. I just pulled out a lid of clothes. I pulled out a tennis skirt to hang up and see the stains were still there. I rubbed them off easily with my thumb. I’ve attached a video and photo. It made me realize that the machine is not completely washing my clothes. I’m very disappointed and feel stuck with my purchase.

I specifically wanted a washer with the removable agitator, and this was one of the few options available. The price was great, it looks very nice and the numerous washing options are helpful. It works well for all size loads, including large loads such as bedspreads, etc.

All the time Not cleaning good I think it is still in the testing phase, the shaft does not move in an extreme way I spent my money for nothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for over a month now and I am very pleased with how well this performs. I love that the agitator is removable for bulkier loads. We originally bought just the washerbut decided to get the matching dryer as well. We removed the tub from a small bathroom and turned it into our laundry room. These were a perfect fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer three months ago looking for a blend of basic but modern features and durability. Most of the newer washer lids had hinges that were plastic and this was one of the few with metal with a bonus slow close lid that won’t slam down. My old washer lasted 15 years and I didn’t realize how inefficient it was. I was extremely fascinated when I first got this and had to watch an entire cycle because it didn’t fill up the tub with 30 gallons of water to was my clothes. My clothes have never been cleaner and take way less time to dry because they come out of the washer with so much less water in them. Overall I am happy with my purchase and plan on buying the matching soon.
