Terrible experience today during a door install purchase of over $1,000.00. Three years shopping here about 3-5 times per week and literally every time gets worse and worse. Customer service is probably as bad as I have ever seen. Staffing levels are inadequate and training is non-existent. Staff is not friendly and actually makes a concerted effort to avoid you. Product showed in the system that it was in stock with a quantity of three, only one was able to be located - $700 in inventory I would have purchased was just missing! Four different employees to include a manager told me something different about the cost of a door install. I won't be shopping here anymore.

The store has some of the best staff I have encountered. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help, even if they are busy. This review is written in May of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. This store has all the necessary precautions established and are taking COVID-19 very seriously. This is refreshing to see as they are an essential business. Social distancing measures are in place, protective barriers at registers are installed, and employees have personal protective equipment such as masks. For me, the customer service has been exemplary as I went to customer service desk to ask about my order for pick up. Tasha, the representative assisting me went above and beyond. She tracked down my order, performed a visual check, and noticed that the lumber I had ordered had defects. After noticing these defects, she immediately requested another associate to pull new lumber for my order. This was an excellent experience and the customer service could not have been better.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Associates are friendly, helpful and kind.

I love shopping at HD, always have but this time I'm very disappointed. This derived from HD total disregard for customer AND employees during this major virus pandemic . I walk in and see 5 employees stand behind the customer desk, not 6 feet, in some cases not 6 inches. Not one employee in the store was wearing a mast, although the state Governor states EVERYONE should. This makes for a prime breading ground. Remember, asymptomatic infected folks are extremely contagious. Wise up HD.

Great customer service. May not be the biggest but I’ll continue to come here for their service. Angie is the bomb!!! Always ready to assist and always has a smile.

The associate at the outside plant department was cordial and pleasant. Aberdeen's store is always stocked well and associates eager to be of assistance.

The Home Depot Store in Aberdeen gives excellent customer service. They have employees there who really care about their customers! Very appreciative

This store always has exactly what I am looking for when it comes to my garden and home improvement projects. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

It was enjoyable to see some of the old faces there, but it was overall an unsatisfying experience. The friendly, helpful environment the store used to have, is no longer there.

Never has what they claim in stock, employees could care less. This store is about as worthless as the Bel Air Maryland store. The only store better is the Edgewood Maryland location---barely.

Poor customer return policy currently being implemented...."restocking fee". Disappointed. Always liked Home Depot and how easy they've made shopping. Unfortunately, this return policy will take me shopping elsewhere.

Experience the same, sales representatives very friendly. However, I am VERY dissatisfied that upon returning an item I find that I am not credited the total amount of the purchase I made. Had I returned everything I had purchased listed on the receipt, they would have refunded me my full amount. In the future if I need to return something, I will return all items and then repurchase only the items I want to ensure I get my full return. Having recently completed a home project of which I've spent over a $1,000 at Home Depot, I find it absolutely incomprehensible that Home Depot would adopt such poor customer service in this regard. Shame on them. If this is to be the new return policy of Home Depot, I will start shopping elsewhere.

The employees of the Aberdeen Home Depot are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help. Sean in the kitchen/flooring area is great. He is knowledgeable and friendly and will take the time to make sure you know the best product for your project.

Nice store but; you guys need to get it together on your self-checkouts. Can't remember the last time checking out didn't require assistance & I'm multiple times weekly; sometimes daily. No wonder you need employees hovering up there. Come on!

If you need wood cut, call the store and make sure they have someone that can operate the saw. Don't waste your time.

Every time we shop here, the service is always consistent! Staff are nearby and will happily assist in any way they can. It always amazes me that they are able to answer all my questions, or know EXACTLY what aisle an item is in. The store is well stocked and clean.
